I bought a hot tea and they didn’t have any hot cups so they put it in a plastic cup and it melted before I could even drink it. I gave them their full tea back and wasn’t even offered a refund. Really lazy customer service. Spent $6 on a tea that I couldn’t even drink. Y’all suck
