After hundreds of visits to smoothie king, the app stops working. Store employees were zero help and couldn't even give me a phone number to corporate. Obviously either not trained or they know there is really no way to get in touch with corpoarte.

2/2 - visited around 12:30pm. One girl busy working a busy drive thru. After standing around for a bit she yelled back for some help from someone in the kitchen (some guy). He didn't come out. When she cleared the drive thru, she helped me and went back to the drive thru. Another person came in. She called again for help. He finally came out to help. Had his pants hanging down with his underwear showing. Not what you want to see when someone is making your food.

Place is always empty but takes about 10 mins to make a drink. Went through the drive through today at 5:20pm on a Tuesday. No one answered. Went to the window, no one was there. I’ve done an Uber order here before, there were just 2 lazy college kids arguing on who’s gonna make the order… while there were no other orders. I’m not knocking their grind, if they can get away with that, that’s what’s up. Drinks are good when someone’s there to serve you.

This place is a joke. Tiles are cracked and falling out of place everywhere near the counter. Even with nearly no one in store they are majorly behind in orders. When I asked for a refund they gave me a handful of coins in place of dollars. No one seems to know what they’re doing. Never order ahead here.

Been coming to this location for about 6 months. My my my how the service has declined over a short period of time. Today I entered the location, and stood there for over 2 minutes before I questioned the employee, "do I order through the app or what do I do, since I've been standing here for a few minutes and you havnt said anything". Anyways, sad to see this is happening, however I will finish enjoying my last smoothie from this location.

Wrong order, not even the right item. Did not order an item that has dressing and my chicken died from drowning. Disgusting!!!!
Usually a good experience, though especially frustrating tonight. Made an online order that should have been ready 30 minutes ago. I spoke with the team of young people after 20 minutes of waiting and asked for a refund, but they were unable to give it. Then I asked for the management on duty, but they said no one could help issue a refund, that they’re manager was in Miami for emergency and were unsure of their return. There was a lot of goofing off, laughing, a coworker asked for kale and no one helped her, and they were out of supplies needed to make the smoothie. The night crew, seemed to be led by Logan, was completely unprepared and seemed, accept for one, unmotivated.

I ordered the mango kale, It was the perfect consistency I think It was a new worker there, she handled it very well, definitely coming back for more !!!!!

I'm very concerned on the fact that there is a long wait time after 6 pm, I can see why though, There's only one person there too do everything. On top of that they're kids, I spent almost 10 minutes waiting for just one smoothie but I don't even blame the worker there, They were completely alone and had to take care of drive through and walk ins, Its A little strange to leave one teenager alone to handle everything.
