So in the last two trips that I've visited this location over the last two weeks or so, both times the food and drinks came out very quickly! I was previously used to waiting a solid 30-45 mins before... but they definitely seemed to have improved their wait times considerably! If this is a permanent change, I'll definitely be back more often with the family!

Picked up a small mozzarella stick and medium sprite with cherries in it. Mozzarella sticks were hot, and Sprite was good, but there wasn't one human being or car in sight, and the mozzarella sticks had a funny aftertaste and were greasy! They weren't my cup of tea. I satisfied my pregnancy craving, but I doubt I'll be back for just sprite. Customer service was good.

They got a one star for the simple fact that I ordered a cheeseburger with bacon on it.My burger was hot but my bacon was ice cold.Now i'm pregnant.I can't eat no cold pork like why you guys giving me old bacon

Ordered a grape nerd slush and got a cup of slush with nothing in it. Then when I went to the window to have it corrected, the employee had a stank look on her face like she had an attitude. If this is the way you do business I can see why you only have a 3.7 review. This complaint was made on 10/4 at 5:15 pm

10/03/2025 we stopped in for a burger, fries and strawberry slushy and had probably the worst burger I've ever had, it was so cold the cheese didn't even melt and the fries were greasy. Unfortunately we went across the street to eat at the park or I would have gone back and asked for my money back and I don't normally go that far. We called/texted the number on the receipt but got a chatbot with generic responses. The last time was good but I don't think I'd come back after the response we got from the 866#. 09/15/2025 review follows; We weren't there for a meal just a snack so we got strawberry slushy but it wouldn't be complete without an order of large onion rings which are probably the best I've had, I know what you're thinking but they were cooked crispy and didn't fall apart when you took a bite or the onion pop out away from the rest of the ring. First time in here.

***** UBER/ DOORDASH ***** This establishment is the absolute worst place to order/pick up food from. They will make you wait 20-30 minutes . Sometimes even an hour . If you’re going to order food third party, DON’T. If you’re going to pick up food here for your customer, DON’T . Biggest waste of time every time I come here. They will completely forget you’re even there. Horrible service .
