Horrible experience. Staff just playing around. I placed a mobile order with tip and had to eat cold food cause they just left the food on the counter. Actually should be no stars

I had a very frustrating experience at this location. I placed an order in the drive-thru and asked to pay with two gift cards, but my request was denied. I then tried to pay with just one gift card and a credit card, that was also denied. When I asked to cancel my order and pay separately for the items, the cashier acted as if I was an inconvenience and told me I needed to leave the line, go back through the drive-thru, or place the order at a stall.
This was especially upsetting to my son, who just wanted his meal. I complied, but I don’t understand why they sell gift cards if they won’t accept split payments. I’ve never had an issue with this at any other location. To make matters worse, the cashier was outright unpleasant and dismissive.
I usually go to the Tampa location, and I’ll continue to do so since the service there is far more accommodating and professional. Very disappointed with how this was handled.

I got two meals made the exact same way, very simple- cheeseburgers ketchup only. I got all the way home and the order was everything but ketchup. I drove back up, hit the button for someone to come to my car, explained it was wrong, he took the food, no apology. 20 minutes later they still did not bring the corrected burgers so I hit the button again. It took a total of 30 minutes to get my food without so much as a sorry for the inconvenience. This place sucks, the food is not good enough for the shitty customer service and the price. I will not be returning.
Pull up. Ordered , pleasant cashier. Server was very polite. Paying w/credit card a bit confusing...did I pay 1 time or 3 times...
Food looked great. Side of cheese sauce however was expensive

Food was good I got a triple smash burger, onion rings and a coke. Service too about 10 minutes from order to delivery. The place itself was filthy. The patio, walkways, parking spots, and even the building just nasty. They really need to pressure wash everything. Not sure about going back.

Went on a Monday evening and ordered a chicken tender meal and a Sonic burger meal waited over 20 minutes with 2 cars (behind me.) As I waited the woman at the register sat and ate an entire meal as she filled up multiple sodas. When I finally received the food it was cold and the burger Pattie’s were Hard and crispy terrible expirience.
Extreme disappointment in my service. My drink was messed up . Someone there forgot to fix the syrup for the root beer. All my food was cold .

Horrible chain in itself. Ordered drinks online, when I arrived they told me the slushie machines are down and cannot fulfill my order. They proceed to tell me that I will be refunded and walked away without me being able to ask when and how?! I have contacted corporate multiple times and was told they see a refund on their end, yet my bank has yet to see it (its been 3+ months).
Don't waste your time or appetite on this establishment. No matter how many times I have been there prior, it was always lack there of customer service.

Literal worse experience. First they gave our order to someone else and gave us the bag that someone dug through and said they remade everything while handing us a bag full of cold food. After they really remade it, they didn’t make what we ordered.

If sonic was a 1st date - we would have contracted COVID to leave. A one night stand where the coyote ugly arm would have saved everyone the shame and horror of facing the next day. Waited 45 min for Nada Nothing Zilch.
Finally, convinced that cars who came up after were being served and departing, I walked up to the window and waited another 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me.
At last, the lone Carhop youngster eventually stopped walking past me and allowed me to finish my sentence. Then, watched as the middle school cooks looked for a bag and on screen. Shocker! Overlooked or forgotten? no! Payment pending!? What in the @!&$!!! Hmm - do they always thank cars for payment curbside and insist an order will be right out?
Long story longer, food arrived 10 minutes later. When I asked the Carhop about the inordinate delay - just for funsies- she insisted they were very busy plus the payment mixup.
Again for funsies: I pointed out the empty lot and noted only 5 cars in and out over 45 minutes.
The owner or management should call it or hire kids over the age of 13. I know it’s fast food, but at 30 bucks, is it a lot to expect ‘fast’ to distract from our poor dietary choices?
The carhop eagerly comped a red velvet milkshake, but couldn't help wonder if the shake had been tainted because I was pretty hangry and snarky. Oh well, that's my story and I am sticking to it!

I was very excited when I learned there was a Sonic near my apartment. Boy was I wrong.
I have gone to this Sonic 3 separate times now. They ALWAYS make me wait an absurd amount of time for both ordering and receiving my food, the slushie machine was down for 2/3 times (what is this mcdonalds?), and there are never more than 5 other customers here, so it cant be traffic (if so PLEASE HIRE).
The Sonic team here needs some serious leadership or supervision changes, as this Sonic does not live up to the rest of the locations I have been to, and its a shame.
