I live right by here and usually just get a cherry slush, it always takes15-20 mins. Tonight specifically the menu light was not on the drive thru and they said they were out of ice cream at 8:30pm. Really disappointing

Always love Sonic's footlong chili dog. Even though couldnt order outside only had drive through because of short staff. They were fast at drive through and food was hot and still able to eat outside on there patio.

Possibly the slowest “fast food” I’ve ever experienced. Over 20 minutes waiting in the drive thru for a mobile order that was supposed to be ready when I arrived. Employees seem to not care at all.

Ordered slushies on the app and pulled up to a stall. Waited 10 minutes to say it’s drive through only. Went through the drive through and waited 15 minutes. Got our slushies missing the nerds we paid for and not even mixed. Went up to the window and got attitude for asking to have our drinks right. Got our drinks remade and still missing the nerds we paid for! Don’t come here unless you have an hour and want to be disappointed and disrespected!

The service was excellent. I went through the drive-thru and there were 2 cars ahead of mine. It did take a few minutes for them to take my order but after that, the time for me to get my food was fast. The lady at the window was very polite and my food was correct. Will definitely put this one at the top of my list for speedy, polite, and accurate service.

I waited almost 30 minutes for a slushy and then when I finally asked about it, it was brought right out, almost as if they’re inside on they’re phones not paying attention while it’s been sitting there… it was pretty much completely melted. Tasted good, would’ve been better if it was actually a frozen slushy and brought out on time.

we showed up at 11:05 and they ignored me and 4 other people who were also trying to get food, while having the back door wide open, and you could see 4 employees, all young girls. and when we attempted going through the drive through a second time, a girl taking out the trash said they were closed, and i told her sonic is open until 12, she said they are “closing early tonight” i work food service and this is not only incredibly unprofessional, there was no reason for it. i have closed my restaurant with only me and a cook every single night. to close an entire hour early with 4 people is crazy
