Got the new matcha double berry and it was sooo bad. There were clumps of matcha powder all throughout my beverage and was so utterly bitter. I watched someone else get the matcha drink and it had little specks of green dots just like mine so I know I wasn’t the only one with a half blended matcha. Waited over 10 mins inside also. Got the strawberry matcha bread and it was stale. Tarnished my taste for matcha for awhile. So unfortunate

They accidentally gave us 2 of the same coffee but I wasn't upset, at but I did
mentioned politely we ordered 2 different types but the girl was soo sweet she made us another one for free. I really appreciated how they display customer service

I came to this place after doing my shopping at Target! And the two girls at the register, distracted because they were just playing and talking amongst themselves, didn't process my order, leaving me waiting for over 30 minutes for a simple coffee! Even though I had already paid for my service, when I asked them after half an hour where my order was, they told me they had forgotten, even though I was the only customer left! Terrible service from these two girls today.

Nervous to order a new drink,
I was worried the flavor might stink,
But with Emmy's fine service,
There's no need to be nervous,
So I'll have another cortado, i think.

Came in had a barista named lexi , she was super kind and very helpful with my order don’t come to Starbucks often she helped me find a drink that I I actually like Great & Quick service.

The review concerns an Uber order, but the customer visited the store. The food was left on the counter, gradually cooling. When asked if it was for the Uber order, staff confirmed it, stating they needed to make the coffee. After the coffee was prepared, it was placed next to the food. Another employee confirmed the order was for Uber and needed to be bagged, but then left to attend to other tasks. The customer found this service unsatisfactory, emphasizing the importance of promptly preparing and sending out Uber orders.

Still not sure why it took over 25 minutes to get a coffee and egg bites. There were only three cars ahead of me. Gotta do better people.

I came inside and no one was in line . A few people were sitting down. It was 5 or 6 staff behind the line. As soon as I walked a lady came up and mumbled I have to sign out. I stood there for about two minutes with no recognition or hi, one moment, nothing. Finally a lady comes up to take my order. A guy comes in about two minutes later stood at the less the 10 seconds and a girl runs up ready to help all friendly and sweet saying how can she help. So I’m going to take that as they were all being biased because of my skin color and I did not feel welcome at all.

The Vietnamese startbuck barista female didn’t follow the recipe and make it wrong . When I asked her to remake it she got mad and still not make it right . The taste really bad even she make it 2 time . Need to retraining her

Staff is usually on top of things.
The food is okay, a bit bland for me.
Coffee is good. Never had an issue with a coffee order and mine get complex.
Over all a good experience.

Dietary restrictions: I'm lactose intolerant and can't have caffeine but still love coffee. These guys don't let me down.

Stephanie and Ny'Ashia provided me with one of the best Starbucks visits I've had in a while. Polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. Even though I bank with Chase and there's a locatiin not even 500 feet from here the choice of employees like these two have made me sure that this is the better option for the same product.

Alexandria at the Starbucks inside Target Pinellas Park went above and beyond to make me the most delicious Caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino. It was the absolute best!!
Alexandria takes pride in her job to make sure her customers are happy and want to keep coming back.
This is now my favorite location.
