I order on the App for pick up on Sunday the 15th. When I got there the store was not open. None of the employees would acknowledge us and we never received our order or our money back. This is not the first time this has happened at this location.

Tough to work here!

The Wifi does not work.
There is only one large table to sit at.
The electrical on one side of the table does not work so you can't charge your laptop.
The wall outlet 8 feet away won't allow a plug to go on all the way, so it keeps coming out.
There is no trash can, so we have a ton of trash on the one table.

I guess this place is brand new, but still, they should not even open it if it is not ready. There are stacks of boxes and furniture everywhere.

The staff, however, is very nice.

I have been on a Starbucks boycott since March. I decided to get ONE Pumpkin cold brew, so I don’t think about it all fall.
This may feel negative, but it’s not. It’s appreciation. It’s confirmation I was on the right path.
It took 14 minutes to get my drink. It’s literally cold brew and foam. And to the cold foam fans out there, you know the good ones vs the lame ones. This wouldn’t go in the good category.
I also heard the phone ringing. One person said….someone gonna get that? Another replied….LET IT RING! ?
So really, thank you. This simply confirmed my efforts to support smaller, local business is the right one. And I have this drink off my mind months before thanksgiving. Thanks again!

Dirty tables, littered floors, and inventory boxes blocking the walkway. An unfriendly staff and anxious vibe. Very weird coffee shop.

They never follow the instructions when they make my coffee . I order everyday and it all different whenever I pick it up . I just order my coffee with light 1/4 inch splash of heavy cream but look at the pictures and you can see it’s way too much heavy cream that make my coffee taste bad and different. Manager please retrain your employees and make sure they follow the instructions , thanks so much

As the other reviews say, this place is awful, terrible customer service and the coffee is gross, Shelby hung up on me on the phone I was being polite and just asking questions and she was scoffing and acting like she was so inconvenienced sorry you’re bad at your job brother. Don’t go here. You’ll be disappointed.

This is the worst Starbucks you will ever find the people that work there are horrible they're nasty they're rude they only fill your drinks and inch from the top when you pay $5 for a t they short you an inch from the top of the cup. I've never seen such scum bags in my life they don't care they are rude and nasty the whole restaurant is the nastiest dirty Starbucks you will find they took the majority of the tables out so people can't even hang out it's just a big empty open restaurant so that you have to stand there and wait on your drinks when every other Starbucks has a place to sit! The girl manager is so ignorant I have no clue why they put her in charge and they have a guy named Logan that is the nastiest woman-hater you will ever see. Good job running off their customers!

Early Sunday morning, place empty, men’s bath dirty, featuring long-term unattended stains in toilet. Seating area also dirty with crumbs and small debris on floor, tables, seats.

Assume back food storage, prep is worse.

Old rule: go first to bathroom in any restaurant/bar, assume general cleanliness and attitude is worse than what condition there suggests.

To Starbucks comment:
Strange and inappropriate response from Starbucks -- asking me to communicate further with them so that the right person gets this message?

A bathroom that has been improperly cleaned for a long time (long term stains in toilet...) indicates a failure at store manager level, at least. Starbucks' response to my original comment suggests the management failure extends beyond the store level.
