I love subway but sometimes the service isn’t always great .. But today was the best service I ever got ! I want to give a shout to Tasha she gave the best oustanding customer service I have ever had and seen ! She was great with communicating with us , making us laugh but most of all making sure we had a good experience!! She definitely needs appreciation and a raiseee cause most people don’t have great customer service ! Me and my boyfriend definitely appreciated the over and beyond service , great attitude and experience she gave us !!!

ordered uber eats from here. my sandwich came with a disgusting amount of sauce ..it was leaking out of the sandwich wrapped packaging. My footlong was not cut in half. I threw the whole sandwich away.

If you’re working customer service, you should be answering questions with words not nodding your head yes. I asked “I have a Bogo coupon on the app, does that mean I have to order it on the app or can you plug it in to the register? “ He was nodding his head. Does that mean he can put it in the register or does that mean I have to order it on app, hello answer like, is it that hard to say on the app. So I Asked “I have to order on the app?“ And he nodded his head again. The food is good. But let’s work on the communication aspect

Grandma was a little slow, probably new, but made a good sandwich.
As I walked into the store nobody was up front but it didn't take too long a woman came from the back right side of building already wearing blue gloves. She started making my food without changing her gloves when she was done making my food she then went to the cash register still had the gloves on cashed me out and then while wearing the same exact gloves she went back and started making someone else's food not once did she change her gloves wash her hands nothing

The new management here is wonderful. Stephanie is a great and she was able to help me with an issue I had with a past order that was handled incorrectly and she was very friendly and respectful. The staff seems to be new as well, but this place is getting back to be the friendly neighborhood subway it once was. Thank you guys for your hard work!
