So angry, on the way home from long day of work, order sub for pick up because that's the only way to get a discount any more. Asked extra lettuce, green pepper, onion and cucumber....EXTRA, this is what I got! Almost nonexistent toppings. Supposed to be an Ultimate BMT, there is not double provolone, and when you're not there to walk them through each step, THIS is what you get, sad

My go to Subway location. It's close to my home and I order on the app and pickup at the drive thru. I always try to use app perks whenever I can.

Food is great and service is amazing but you have these women working in this hot ass heat . Busting there ass and working so hard but no a/c in the building for the last 4 to 5 weeks. Come on it is hot as hell for the customers but the employees that have to work in that weather day and day. Please fix the a/c.

The A/C unit is still not fix, you have employee working in hot atmosphere and the flies are everywhere and landing on all the food and will lay their eggs which cause a problems to your customers, please owners get on your job and fix this subway location, you have loyal customers and employers.

The younger girl there with the braces was nice warm and inviting. The older woman at the counter nasty attitude and combative. Tossed the receipt infront of us instead of handing it, was rude and looked as if she did not want to assist us. If she is a manager replace her with the younger girl cuz she knows how to customer service. As someone who runs a two story bar this is not how u do that. Disgusting to know that the older woman there couldn’t even take responsibility for her actions and blamed her poor service on the two people we had behind us still ordering not ready to be rang up yet. Find more like that nice girl at the register. And I wish I could put no stars the only reason I did was because of that nice girl and her hospitality

Thank you for being a convince of being open and walking distance from my home. The thing that eerks my nerves is the ac not working properly or not working at all. Mind you I am her multiple times a week a faithful costumer. It is cruel and disrespectful to have your crew members work in that atmosphere constantly. Let alone the food safety should be a bigger priority.

Food is always fine, I come here multiple times a week when I work one of my jobs. I was inspired to write this because only one out of the three ladies that have served me here showed any sort of respect to our fellow humans. 12:03 noon on Tuesday October 22nd, the lady with the "Love" tattoo was nice and kind, the other lady projected outwardly how much she hates her life, and asked me to repeat myself probably 7-10 times within 3 minutes. I have worked in fine dining for 9 years now. Thanks for the good food however...

Ordered through the app and nothing was right… cold cut trio consisted of bolgonia only, ordered extra mayo and light mustard and got the oppositte, paid for bacon which was not present… Do yourself a favor and actually watch them make the sandwich..

I can understand people in high school need to work and respect that, but someone should be there to train or teach them how to keep the store clean. Sugar ants all over the place by the fountain drinks and near tables. And after being asked four times if I want my sub toasted, I go home 4 min later to find it "untoasted". Wish I could do bad at my job and get away with it. So yourself a favor and support small businesses only and stay clear or chain stores.

I am super disappointed with Subway. I don’t know if it’s this location in particular. My husband and I have come here various times over the past few months. I’ve noticed that every single time there is barely any protein on the sandwiches. When I noticed again today as the girl was making my chicken teriyaki sandwich, they were too tiny little pieces of chicken per each side of the foot-long. I went back in and asked to speak with a manager who was not available. I also tried to call right after leaving, but the phones don’t work. There was also no survey or contact information on the receipt. I did send a message directly to SUBWAY® voicing this concern over small portions for protein and the price of the sandwich itself. I can go to Publix and get a beautiful sandwich with tons of meat on it for the same price or less. The girl behind the counter said that they are told to portion the meat out to 2.5 ounces Per 6 inch. That is ridiculous. You need to provide more protein on the sandwiches, especially for how much these cost. I’m super disappointed in various aspects that I couldn’t even reach you all via phone receipts, lacking any information and survey options, not being able to speak with a manager or even the girl behind the counter, asking for my information to give me a call later, and how much this recent purchase cost and what we’re actually getting for our money. I sure hope you guys can do better and if it’s not this location, then you still need to do better at maintaining customer satisfaction, and addressing these areas.

They close an hour earlier than they say. They also like to keep their phone off the hook so people can’t call in. When the owners see the numbers for this location and that they’re losing money I hope they understand it’s because you actually have to SELL products not lock doors an hour early and shut down the drive through in order to be successful. You’re right in front of an apartment complex if you can’t get and retain customers that’s all on you.

Do NOT recommend working here as the new store manager is on a power trip firing loyal employees for no valid reason via text message. Did I get fired because I did something work related or is this personal? I think it’s personal!

Dont come here with your kids new manger is a baby shaker not once but twice stay away. Also has a lot of ants in the back line drive thru were they make sandwiches. Her name is Sarah Loria.
