I am beyond frustrated with the complete lack of communication and customer service at this business. I was referred by someone who spoke highly of them, so I expected better. I reached out two months before my event and spoke with someone who asked me to send reference photos. I sent them immediately.
It has now been three weeks of me trying to get in touch. Three weeks of calling, emailing, and leaving voicemails. I have specifically asked for a call back. I have been completely ignored.
This is absolutely unacceptable. Communication is free. Ignoring customers is inexcusable. If you cannot be bothered to respond, you do not deserve anyone’s business. I will be sure to share my terrible experience any time this business is mentioned. I will not recommend them to anyone.

The owner is such a sweet lady & she makes the best cakes. Definitely recommend her for birthday parties or weddings. She has a book of previous cakes she has made to help you decide on your cake design!

I ordered a chocolate cake in the first Harry Potter movie style for a friend for her birthday and oh boy did the deliver!! She suggested a hazelnut filling and my friend literally didn’t want to cut it because it was so perfect and cute. The whole experience was amazing and I am definitely coming back and would recommend this place

I was put in charge of getting a Smash cake for my grandson's 1st birthday and another cake for the guests. I couldn't have been more pleased with the results. My daughter was thrilled with both of the cakes and they were both delicious. We ordered a vanilla raspberry swirl for the smash cake and a chocolate with raspberry filling for the sheet cake. The cakes were light and moist and more than expected. We had my grandson's pictures of his 1st year on the cake. They were crisp, clear pictures. I can't say enough good things about this bakery. They will definitely be doing my granddaughter's birthday cake too. Wonderful experience.

Update, My granddaughter was thrilled with her Pinkalicious birthday cake! Another delicious winner. There were no leftovers, everyone loved the cake.

Our sister passed away. We wanted to host a small celebration of life here in Florida before we took her home for the main service in MN.
Sweet Divas was actually closed for a large event. After explaining our situation Sweet Sweet Divas not only made us the most beautiful and delicious cake they also showed care and compassion.

We live in Georgia and ordered a birthday cake over the phone from Sweet Divas. Christy was very kind, helpful, and professional. She made a beautiful and delicious birthday cake for my Mother located in St. Pete. Thank you for helping us pull-off a delicious birthday surprise! 🎂 Thank you so much, we appreciate you!

Today is my one year anniversary and the cake is still delicious!?

July 15 2023 I married my best friend and we got our wedding cake from sweet divas. The initial appointment was easy and smooth, the prices were great. Delivery was great. Flavors great. Christy made the whole experience amazing!!

We unfroze our top tier and it is still delicious! It survived moving and being smashed in a freezer to make other food fit!

We went in to see if they could make us a custom birthday cake and she said yes! It was very cool looking and great colors plus smelled and tasted delicious. Definitely would recommend. Thanks for the awesome cake!

Highly recommended! Christy went above & beyond to give us the best wedding cake!! We didn’t have a traditional cake but opted for a Cannoli cake and she delivered exactly that. We LOVED it! Thank you so much ???

Christy was the woman we worked with, and she was very helpful and very responsive during our communication. We did all of our planning from Indianapolis, so communication was key for us. We could not have been happier to work with her!We wanted to have a few different types of cake available for our guests so we decide to go with the cupcake option. We had three different flavors. I had at least one of each and they were each beyond amazing. They were all beautiful and garnished in their own way. We had the tres leches, French vanilla, and red velvet. We also wanted our cutting cake to be fresh lemon (along with a duplicate top tier fresh lemon cake that was on display but was to be saved for our 1-year anniversary). She brought our vision to life in a stunning display.Christy ensured timely delivery and helped us package the top tier cake for us to freeze for next year. Her expertise and execution were both impeccableSo many people during the reception (and more people even once we got back home from the honeymoon) told us how great the cupcakes were. We provided the cake topper, and the florist assisted a little with the surrounding décor, but Christy made certain the final product was gorgeous!Thank you, Christy, for all your help and for the delicious cakes and cupcakes! I know it won't quite be the same at all, but we cannot wait to eat our 1-year anniversary cake!

Sweet Diva's created a timeless 4 tier wedding cake that was elegant, beautiful and delicious. Christy was a pleasure to worked with and combined a few inspiration photos to come up with the wedding cake my daughter had envisioned. Even though we were unable to arrange a tasting, with guidance, we were able to pick different fillings and flavored cakes for each tier to satisfy all of our guest's taste buds. It was one of the best wedding cakes I ever tasted! It was so good it was a shame it was served last!
