I’m so glad I found this spot!
I was looking up lounges to study in around Pinellas and found this hidden gem. Not only is it spacious and open, the kavatenders are super friendly. I am new to kava and Frank walked me through everything! He knows his stuff and is enthusiastic to share the knowledge. I ended up having a citrus white tea that Frank made and sipped on it while studying. The drink was lightly sweetened and the perfect pairing for working or getting homework done. I found this to be a great spot to chill alone or with friends. They workers are really friendly people and the vibes are great. Highly recommend checking it out.

Everytime we come the service is amazing and drinks are tasty. Becky has always been our bartender, and she never let's us down. She is friendly and makes fantastic drinks. The only thing that would make it better is if we had a juke box, but music is usually pretty good. ❤️ Definitely our new favorite place.

Super Knowledgeable manager Frank takes the time to help you understand all the ins and outs of ingredients and flavor profiles as well as health benefits and ask you what your looking for to help you get a customized beverage to suit your mood and taste buds. So many great things to say about The Chill Room! Tim is the kindest kavatender - attentive and always making you feel welcome/included. He made me the BEST Chai tea latte I've had in a while. The people there are very friendly as well. They have fun event nights of all kinds... pool, poker, karaoke, open mic nights (their pool table is really nice). Did I mention they offer food as well?! All in all, hands down, the best kava shop in the area. Good vibes all around. Would highly recommend. It's worth checking out. You won't regret it!

Oh my goodness, this place is a gem? The drinks, the people everything chefs kiss! The tea is so clean and well-made. Tim did a great job of making me feel right at home all the. Good vibes!

Highly don’t suggest going here, if Rebecca is who they have working! She will be so caught up smiling in your man’s face, worrying about conversation with him, that she can’t get your order correct! Not to mention he was almost done his drink by the time I got my hot latte that I did not order! FYI, I ordered an iced caramel macchiato! Literally, never spoke to me with intention, would only speak to him/address him unless I got her attention. When explaining how the whole thing worked, she LITERALLY, only spoke to him so I was still clueless to even know what was going on!!! WOULD NEVER GO BACK!!!!

Edit to add….this was really fd up since we came here to “chill” instead it was me being completely dismissed while she continuously went out of her way to make conversation with him, as if I weren’t there! About his name, his vibe, things he likes, etc. wasn’t even asked what drink I wanted, she ASSumed I wanted what he ordered and started to make the same drink! I had to stop her after she started pouring to tell her I wanted the iced caramel macchiato and I still didn’t get that!

Pretty nice kava/tea spot with live music occasionally, a large menu of food and drinks, and a very wide open floor plan. Atmosphere is very welcoming. On busy nights, it seems like they're slightly understaffed sometimes, but the waits are never horrible.

Definitely a good place to bring a group of friends for a chill night out.
