Kid-friendliness: I brought my children for the 1st time. They were full of loads of questions. The young lady behind the counter was extremely patient. She answered all their questions so they could make an informed decision all their own and be happy with it

Every morning they only have “1 person scheduled” and have to service the online orders instead of the person physically there.
I was told “ I’m the only one here and I have a full screen of online orders so I’m telling you ahead of time that it’s gonna be a while and you’re gonna have to wait” Maybe do one online one in person, not just dismiss service altogether for the people that are actually there waiting.

Very rude employee and had to wait 30 mins for 1 smoothie while the employee made there own and didn't even start very disappointed and do not recommend giving money to this terrible business!

Tropical smoothie cafe has some great food. Their smoothies are okay. I’ve been to this location 3 times now and every time they mess something up on my order - granted I have customizations - and they end up making the food over again.

First two times we went in store and this last time we went to the drive through.

In store experience definitely is better than the drive through if you want to customize it. The guy had a hard time hearing me - probably because their speakers box in the drive through has clearly been hit.

Vegetarian options: Tons of options.

Dietary restrictions: You can ask for stuff not to be added for dietary restrictions

Parking: Only a few spots but never seen it crowded.

FOOD GOT 4 STARS BECAUSE OF COURSE THEY FOLLOW THE RECIPES!! BUT THIS LOCATION WAIT TIME IS ABSOLUTELY INSANE. FROM TIME OF ORDER TO WHEN I FINALLY GOT MY ONE SMOOTHIE WAS NO LESS THAN 18 TO 20 MINUTES! GOD FORBID IF I ORDERED 2. THE GUY AT THE WINDOW DID NOT SAY SORRY FOR THE WAIT OR ANYTHING TO TEND TO THE CUSTOMERS. THEY ARE PLAYING MUSIC , LAUGHING HAVING A GRAND TIME WHILE THEY CUSTOMERS WAIT THAT INCREDIBLY LONG TIME. AFTER PAYING HE SAYS "LET ME CHECK IF ITS READY" & LITERALLY DOES NOT COME BACK TO THE WINDOW FOR 15 MINS UNTIL THE SMOOTHIE IS DONE. LUCKILY I HAVE BEEN BUYING FROM THE COMPANY FOR A LONG TIME & I KNOW THAT IT IS THIS LOCATION THAT SUCKS ASS! DEFINITELY NEED RETRAINING AND NEW MANAGEMENT FOR A NEWER LOCATION. THAT IS TERRIBLE

This is probably one of the best Tropical Smoothie's I've ever been to. They have great service, excellent food, and the atmosphere is very clean and tidy. Love coming here; will order again!

Having to repeat your order over six times because the drive-thru person is not paying attention and talking with other staff members, I seriously thought I was being pranked. But no Anthony just really does not care about customer service in the least bit. Serious attitude problem on top of cold frozen egg and just poor quality food. Not the first time I have been disappointed with this location, but absolutely my last time patronizing this place.
