Tsaocaa - Pinellas Park

Got to try their new Matcha Banana Pudding Iced Latte. I love that the Matcha was strong and a lil hint of banana. I also like their durian and coconut smoothie with crystal boba. I even had their Bahn Mi. Both tofu and pork. Everything was a 10/10. Dog friendly.

I’m hesitant to give any stars. While I appreciate the value of supporting small businesses, it’s disappointing when the pricing mirrors that of premium chains, yet the quality and service fall short. A single tea was $7, with additional charges for standard add-ons like bubbles and foam, parts that are essential to the drink experience. This pricing structure feels misleading and unnecessarily inflated, WITH THE AUDACITY TO ASK FOR TIPS TOO.

The space itself is visually appealing and aligns well with the typical boba shop aesthetic. However, the staff came across as disinterested and unengaged, even though our group spent over $60 on drinks alone. For a business positioned at this price point, I expected a higher level of hospitality and overall quality. Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to the hype. If you’re going to charge premium prices, the product and service should reflect that standard.

The best fruit tea store in St Pete!!

Love their bubble teas, the slushes and fruit teas are my favorites. They were out of regular boba (tapioca) during this visit. That was disappointing. The cheese foam is a nice addition. It is nice to be able to order from a kiosk is you have a larger order.

We always love Tsaocaa's drinks when we're in St. Pete! We usually order the fresh taro milk tea with boba, and brown sugar milk tea with boba, and they never disappoint us. It's much appreciated that Tsaocaa uses real taro ingredients and better tea overall. Great prices, great menu, great location, and wonderful and friendly staff. Thank you guys!

Tsaocaa Pinellas Park is hands-down THE best boba spot in Pinellas County! Their Brown Sugar Milk Tea is next-level—perfectly balanced, rich, and insanely smooth. You can taste the quality in every sip!

And let’s talk about their takoyaki—crispy outside, soft and flavorful inside, the ultimate snack to go with my boba fix. Every visit is a win!

Service? Super fast. Parking? No stress. If you’re a boba lover, don’t walk—run to Tsaocaa. This place deserves the #1 spot, no contest!

Great egg waffles and the passion fruit mojito is delicious.

My favorite boba tea place. Lots of varieties of fruit tea, milk tea, and toppings. They have a lot of great dessert options as well. Parking is behind the building and easily accessible.

I come here super often cause its so good. I have a Japanese matcha pancake and the peach milk tea and its so delicious definitely recomend. To have a pancake it takes 30 minutes so order earlier before going.

boba was sooo yummy, i got the brown sugar milk tea boba and my bf got the strawberry milk tea along w the pork gyoza and red bean hongkong waffle !! we dined in and played the silly arcade game they have in the corner, although i didnt win anything (to be expected 😭) we still had a good time and yummy drinks !

All I can say is their black sesame and matcha soft serves are legit soooo good! Not very sweet, maintain that earthy flavor. If that’s your jam, def. go grab some! But they don’t always have it so ask first. DELISH!
