All I can say is their black sesame and matcha soft serves are legit soooo good! Not very sweet, maintain that earthy flavor. If that’s your jam, def. go grab some! But they don’t always have it so ask first. DELISH!

Tsaocaa is my new favorite spot for bubble tea! Their signature roasted oolong milk tea with boba was incredible—smooth, creamy, and full of flavor. The boba pearls were perfectly chewy, and I loved the option to adjust sweetness levels. The shop itself has a clean, modern design with friendly staff who made great recommendations. They also offer a variety of unique fruit teas and snacks. If you’re a boba lover or just want a refreshing drink, Tsaocaa is a must-try!"

The Japanese souffle pancakes are excellent! Better than ones I've had in NYC. I recommend the strawberry one. They make them fresh to order. Great service and atmosphere! Also pricing is great!

I’ve visited Tsaocaa twice and it’s some of my favorite bubble tea in the St.Pete/Pinellas area. They make an amazing fruit tea (I haven’t tried their milk teas yet) they’re so flavorful and not overpoweringly sweet (unless you get 100% sugar) I also love the blend of popping bubbles & fruit! I can’t recommend this spot enough. The staff are always super nice and helpful.

We both loved our choices so much. Sakura oolong and Grapefruit slushie were excellent. Order ahead or prepare to wait for your delicious beverage to be prepared. They're real popular! Parking is in the rear of the building.

Fairly disappointed by their drinks and souffle pancake. Waited quite long for the strawberry pancake to be bland and just doesn't taste good, texture was off. Maybe Ill try a different drink next time but i don't recommend the pancake.
