100% thankful for the abundantly kind Wendy’s cashier! Sorry for complaining and flipping out. I’ve been doing this to everyone lately and it’s not right.
Other than a dirty bathroom that I complained about several times, and one rude employee Wendy’s was great. I think I treated them pretty poorly. I didn’t mean to but I think the discrimination against pregnant women needs to end.
The cashier was lovely I feel horrible for yelling and complaining to him. Sometimes we take our own problems out on others and that’s not right of me. Thank you Wendy’s!

Received a free breakfast sandwich coupon last year to use once a week for a year. I went through the drive thru like I always do and was told that the one for the 24th has been marked. Mind you today is the 24th. I informed her that if she looked at the block above the 24 you can clearly see it was smudged onto the 24 block. She pretty much called me a lier. She She tells me she went ahead and marked next weeks so now I can't use it for next week. This woman always messes up the order and the common sense is out the window. I have given her many chances throughout my experiences with her. This was the last one. I will drive further from now on just so I don't have to deal with the incompetence.

Awful experiences, every time I order something for delivery from this place they either send me the wrong order, or cancel it entirely! They’ve on numerous occasions ignored my calls, locked the doors to the restaurant early, or just flat out close early. These are very basic orders and very basic tasks and I feel I’ve given them plenty of chances to not be utterly terrible.

If I could give me zero stars I would. I placed in my order for 4ppl 4meals they told me my total. When i approached the second window they don’t know nothing. I’m handed being headed one meal and they’re telling me have a great night like HUH ???? And this not the first time I hope this location close they can’t keep up
