Worst Wendy's ever! Customer service skills are questionable...kicking customers out of the dining area and making my party of 5 wait over 20 mins for a 40 order and so rude every step of the way. Will never return to this Wendy's yikes!

The customer service is god awful. The manager was so rude to me when I told them they messed up my sandwich. She put a slice of lettuce on a tray and tried to hand it to me. No I need a new sandwich. She put all the stuff that was missing on my old sandwich and handed that back to me. I was already uncomfortable asking for them to fix their mistakes so I just took my old one back. That should have been the end of it but she made a sly remark as I was walking away something like I thought it would be better for u to put the stuff on there. Like no please just give me what I paid for and smile. It's not that hard I work customer service too.

Okay, today is about customer service. Delivery is a thing we don't have to stand there and be ignored. Teach your employees some customer service nd be dedicated or not work for you.we are all delivering for your customersHave some respect teach employees better. Uber and door dash is not going away, maybe train your employees that customer service is an important part of success.We are out here ? working, you should too.

It was very clean, the people were friendly and helpful. The downside side: Check your order. While they put off that they know what they are doing, I got home after work with my Wendy's order and was shorted 3 sandwiches. So, check your order before you leave.

Food is subpar. Ordered baconater and got a hamburger with a small piece of maybe bacon. Asked for everything on it and was told it only came with katsup and mustard. No mayo, no lettuce and no tomato. Employee was rude and said if we didn't like it to go somewhere else. We will be going somewhere else from now on.

Just went through drive thru they said they had no eggs, which I thought was strange. So in a nice way I said can’t believe u outa of eggs, her response was were Human. Next girl told me to get over it. To top it off I asked for some honey butter which they told me they had. I got yo work no honey butter. Smh, no one ever said sorry. Customer service there not so good. Would love some feedback.
