Every order I have ever placed has been perfect! Tonight I placed an order and there was an item missing and part of the order wasn’t quite right. I placed a call to the store just to have the missing item replaced and they were so concerned with my happiness they replaced the entire order. I told them it wasn’t necessary, but they insisted. Excellent service excellent food highly recommend!

I rather leave no stars. I love wingstop but the food was terrible. I even waited for it to be done 20mins after ordering ahead and my food was still old. My sauced wings were not sauced and they were all very hard.

Worst experience ever. I came in early at 4:50, and my order was supposed to be ready at 5:11. So when I entered, there were 5 people in the lobby waiting, and there were 3 employees actually working while the manager and 2 other employees were in the office talking. So I sat there waiting for someone to go to the register, but after 25 minutes of waiting, now the lobby has over 10 people in it, and some left because they weren’t being helped . The manager and 1 employee went back to work while the other left. Even when the manager went back to work, she never once smiled or said, “Have a nice day.” She just had a stone face, no expression. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen that same manager sitting on her but in the office while the lobby fills up and her employees work. If anyone needs to be retrained, it should be that manager.

My boneless wings were the size of quarters literally so small. There was way too much cheese on my garlic parm wings, I mean mounds of it. And my corn was literally frozen. Terrible experience… 😔

The crew here is awesome!! Food is great!!! They are super busy all the time so I suggest ordering ahead of time... But they play great music. Thursday night and Friday nights are the best! Love the team!

Will never eat at any location again!!!! Ordered food online May 16th. After 1.5hrs of patiently waiting, checked on my order. They didn’t have my order ticket. Asked for a refund, was told only the GM could refund online orders and to call back next day(Saturday). Also left my name and number for them to contact me. Called corporate that Friday night as well, was told I’d hear back in 3-4days. Called the store back the next day (Saturday), GM isn’t there again. Called back Sunday, GM still isn’t there. Keep being told to call back the next day. Staff was once again rude and unhelpful and tried to hang up on me. Called corporate again that Sunday, they are still no help. Said another 3-4days. Here it is Thursday, no call back from the store, no call back from corporate, no refund. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! No accountability or even care that it’s been a week and they still have my money for a service and product that wasn’t rendered. I am absolutely disgusted with this company. Please don’t spend your money here!

Horrible service!!! CALLED IN MY ORDER 15 /20 min a head of time !!! Cashier took Ex employees order after mines and made their food a priority and was very slow helping everyone else

I ordered by phone I told the lady to make my Cajun dry and I got buffalo no Cajun
Then I called and talk to the “General Manager”
She wanted me to go back and bring the food back because she said she made the order herself, insisted that it was correct and there is no way it was wrong, so I asked for credit or a refund. The GM told me NO because she made it herself.
I’m not driving back when it’s pretty far from where I live then the rest of the food will be cold, not as enjoyable like it should be. I ordered corn as well with fry seasoning and no Cajun and got plain corn?!?
That GM is rude and insists that there could not have been no mistakes, have better things to do!! She doesn’t like when I ask for military discount as well, she rolls her eyes at me.
I hope Wingstop reads feedback and comments because I’m not the only person that has problems at this location!!
