My boneless wings were the size of quarters literally so small. There was way too much cheese on my garlic parm wings, I mean mounds of it. And my corn was literally frozen. Terrible experience… 😔

Will never eat at any location again!!!! Ordered food online May 16th. After 1.5hrs of patiently waiting, checked on my order. They didn’t have my order ticket. Asked for a refund, was told only the GM could refund online orders and to call back next day(Saturday). Also left my name and number for them to contact me. Called corporate that Friday night as well, was told I’d hear back in 3-4days. Called the store back the next day (Saturday), GM isn’t there again. Called back Sunday, GM still isn’t there. Keep being told to call back the next day. Staff was once again rude and unhelpful and tried to hang up on me. Called corporate again that Sunday, they are still no help. Said another 3-4days. Here it is Thursday, no call back from the store, no call back from corporate, no refund. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! No accountability or even care that it’s been a week and they still have my money for a service and product that wasn’t rendered. I am absolutely disgusted with this company. Please don’t spend your money here!

Delivered half my order. Tried to blame the driver. Then when i went to the store they lied. The driver showed up and said they only give him 2 orders. They were rude the entire time!

THIS WAS ONE OF THE NASTIEST WINGSTOP IVE HAD $40 BUCKS DOWN THE DRAIN FOR COLD UNCOOKED WINGS, CORN THAT TASTED STAILED AND ONE OF MY FAVORITE VOODOO FRIES WHICH WAS COLD. I CAN NEVER ORDER WINGSTOP FROM 66TH STREET AGAIN ? ? ?

Got some boneless wings drenched in 3x the sauce needed not only to the point where my wings were soggy, but to where the sauce spilled out of the box and leaked through the bag all over my kitchen table then I call the store and they hang up on me in the middle of me explain what was wrong with my order….

Placed an order for delivery on a Wednesday night (not busy). Delivery driver brought the wrong order, then took it back. When I called Wingstop, they told me I could come get my order if I wanted it, but wouldn't offer a refund or to send out another driver with my food. Ended up getting my cold wings and hour and change after I placed my order.

We only ordered from this business because it was almost 10pm and hooters was closing and winghouse wasn’t answering…this was the next option and sounds like a reputable wing place…..young lady on the phone was short but that’s fine…ordered 30 wings 10 hot 10 bbq 10 mild….got 30 dried out way over cooked chicken tenders not even wings that looked like they poured the sauce in a container and dropped the tenders on top….outside of the tenders that aren’t wings being layed in some sauce the bbq and hot wings were in the same container with the sauce all mixed together at the bottom and some overcooked tenders on top….certainly won’t order from here again…..
