Nice quiet place to enjoy deserts. Boba tea and Reese’s milkshake were pretty darn good!

Decent drinks. I got the one frozen cotton candy boba and waited 44 minutes for it. I was about to request a refund and just walk out once it reached an hour. Not worth that long of a wait. Did get a refund for my machine though because I was not about to wait again for them to grab three items out of a chest.

So unbelievablably slow. Why is there only 1 employee it's ridiculous

What a great place. So many choices to choose from. The rolled ice cream portions were very generous which is a good problem to have. The two girls working tonight were so pleasant and helpful- this was our first time visiting. Our three year old enjoyed the board games, nice touch. Highly recommend for a unique ice cream experience.

Friendly staff but overpriced

Hello!! Hope you’re doing well. First I would love any business to succeed.. First time and was not impressed. We had a hard time locating where it was because no lights were on outside for the signage. We went around the plaza a few times went to baskin Robbin’s asked them if you were still open they said yes around the back plaza.. we found it and was excited to try!
First impressions .. no lights on to know you’re even open… No greeting when walking in. Takes so long to make the dish. Had No idea till after you pay and they ask you for your toppings do you find out that the bobas are extra. This should had been known at time of ordering. Should had been displayed at register.. instead it just says three free toppings.

If the owner wants to increase sales .. your employees also have to be sales persons and teach them to ask your customers “would you like to add bobbas for a $1?

At the end wanted to buy a water but couldn’t sell me a water.

That’s all.. I wish nothing but the best but needed to let someone know.

Great spot. I tried the Thai tea boba from here and really liked it. I have also gotten rolled ice cream. An interesting and fun way to have ice cream. Both were so yummy! I will be coming back.

Got 2 boba teas Thai and Matcha. As other reviews have said it's yummy enough to satisfy a boba craving for the area but far too sweet for my tastes. Most likely due to the fact they use powders for the flavors. Lot of sugar. Wouldn't mind coming again tho for rolled ice cream.

This is a hidden gem in Plant City. Delicious boba tea. I really like the caramel iced coffee with boba. Fast and super kind service. Plenty of space to sit and chill. I appreciate playing board games with my kiddos while waiting for a doctor's appointment nearby. We will definitely be back!

The first time in, the place was empty of customers, which made it so nice. We got to watch our orders being made, which was cool. Just sat down, and a family came in with screaming kids, so we got up & left. Really wanted to try more stuff on the menu, but unfortunately, I have bad anxiety around screaming kids. Maybe next time, when we are in the area.
