Alejandra’s Bakery

The owner was very helpful and friendly. I was able to find all my favorites from Conchas, puerquitos, etc. Very clean and organized. I will be coming back.

Parking: FYI, there is partial construction in the parking lot, so just make sure to park by the Laundromat Oasis or Southern Hospitality store. She is open and ready for business.

The cake was amazing but wasn’t half chocolate/vanilla it was completely all chocolate. My son’s name was incorrect and it wasn’t centered properly. The border was supposed to be BLUE and it was Yellow. When I went to bring up that it wasn’t half chocolate/vanilla they said I was wrong and told them I wanted all chocolate despite showing them their written receipt. I paid $75 wasn’t cheap.

We were going to Nick's to grab a pizza and my wife mentioned she had stopped in the bakery next door earlier, so we went in before supper just before rhey closed... omg, I was in heaven, Alejandra's Bakery great! Fresh made pastries and bread, flan, jello cups, pudding. She gave us a couple of samples - she knew her produce! We left with bags full, and we will definitely be back. It is a small place, but definitely csrries a big delight. She does cakes too, which looked totally delicious - I'll tell you later!!!

I 100% recommend Alejandra’s bakery, I ordered a nuez/pecan cake with tropical filling for my fathers birthday. Let me tell you this cake is so moist and fluffy, one of my top 3 best cakes I’ve ever had in my life ( that says a lot bc I’m not a huge cake person). The leftover cake only lasted a day in the fridge everyone loved it that much. Besides how freaking delicious this cake was, everyone is super sweet and attentive and the bakery is very clean. 10/10 recommend 🥰.

I came here just for coincidence after there were no more cakes in the bakery where I usually go, and I have to say I am glad I got my cake here, it was delicious, great costumer service too!
