It's been a year or so since I went to this Arby's. Today decided to give them another try. Lunch starts at 10:30 at most fast food restaurants..so why at 11:00am I get an Arby's sandwich that is luke warm..fries like warm and hard. If I wasn't press for time I wld take this food back. Fast food after 2020 Covid worst than ever!

The young man Rease, was very nice very Polite, the Older woman ( I think she was the manager) Was and is so VERY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL. With and to the co-workers, the Young lady trying to get her Door Dash order correct. A customer about Icecream, told the customer he was wrong we've never had icecrem I also know working with teenager's is to say they lest stressful. If I was part of her staff.. HR would be called she needs to take a lesson in being respectful to staff , customers . I did address her, I spoke to her about being respectful to I did say the she was. Was VERY RUDE to co-workers and customers , her response was very sarcastic, flipped her pony tail rolled her eyes and said Thank you walked away.. When I addressed her, it was just her and I, none of the co-workers Could hear nor see. If you have a large amount of staff turn over, I would start with her and her VERBAL DISRESPECT

We ordered the new Angus cheesesteak and it was THE WORST. Not so much of the taste as the LACK OF MEAT in the sub. I wish I would have taken a picture of it but I was so mad I didn't even think about it

Stopped by to try the mint shake. Bathroom was a mess. The dining room floor had plenty of food on it, the counter by the drink machine had not been wiped in some time. No napkins in holder. This was about 2pm on Saturday 15 Mar.
