Two quarts of ice cream, chocolate and cookie monster. Both flavors could have just been labeled flavor "freezer burn"

Seems they need ice cream to be an ice cream shop. I was so excited to find BR when I moved here, but they are out of ice cream or have broken freezers more often than not. I’ve been in 4 times, only gotten ice cream 1. ???

Store and bathrooms were absolutely filthy, one small scoop of ice cream in a cup was $4.

Don’t look at this place as a Dunkin and Baskin Robbins… it’s just a Dunkin. There’s never ice cream!!!! I was mad before, but now it’s just sad. This was the third time I have shown up to this location and they barely had one bowl worth of ice cream. Never returning.

I bought an ice cream cake for my daughter's birthday from the fridge. It was old tasting. The reason for the five ⭐ rating is when I went and returned it the manager was awesome. She refunded my money and gave me a free coffee. I think next time I will pre order my ice cream cake so It will be fresh.

Do not order anything in the last 30 mins just so they can go home right at 10 they throw away everything at 945 regardless of if you have an order placed or not driver got there and 955 but they decided to throw away my order cause they didn't want to deal with it after 945 and stated this was company policy for all stores.

The first 3 things I asked for, they did not have. I was told “We haven’t had those ingredients in months, so I don’t think we make it anymore.” The establishment should remove this from the display menu if that’s the case. What I did receive, was terrible and not even what I asked for. Couldn’t make something even as simple as a chocolate shake to compromise. Wasted my money.

Everytime I want to order something from the baskin robbins menu something’s missing, yesterdsy I went to get a Oreo cappuccino blast and they didn’t have Oreo ice cream in the middle of the day ??‍♀️ You’re a ice cream shop and don’t even have cookies and cream ice cream??

Only had 2 kinds of donuts available because "manager sometimes doesn't order enough", reese's layered sunday was just a regular sunday. Would recommend going elsewhere.

First thing you see you when you walk in the door is behind the counter. No wall dividing customers from just walking back there. And it wasn’t super clean. Two of their menu boards were on the fritz so I asked if they were doing Sundays. I was told only hot fudge. Great yes please. I ordered my flavors and he put it together asked if I wanted whip cream and cherry nuts etc. No problem. Then they hand it to me and I look at it and it’s the hardened cone coating chocolate, like magic shell, not hot fudge. I tap it with my finger nail and it’s audibly hard. I say this isn’t hot fudge. Worker says no, it just gets like that when it hits the ice cream it’s still chewy once you start eating it. I shrug my shoulders and give him the benefit of the doubt. I should’ve known better. Definitely not hot fudge! How does an ice cream counter server not know what hot fudge is?! There were also two homeless people camped outside. I can sympathize with homeless but no corporate place is going to let people camp outside like that. This franchise is in desperate need of new ownership and management. There are plenty of other ice cream places in plant city and Brusters is only 20 minutes away. I will not be back to this Baskin-Robbins.

Terrible service, terrible product.I have been to a couple different Baskin-Robbins and I always get the same thing. (Which I have enjoyed until this point) Chocolate chip sundae. When getting to this location I was told they don’t have that but he could try and put something together like that and preceded to tell me how. I say ok that sounds like it anyways. (Mind you the pic of what I wanted was on the menu) I can try. Husband orders soft serve which is everywhere listed on the menu (he wanted m&m). When he asked for soft serve he is told they don’t do soft serve and the only thing they can do is make an m&m milkshake. We decided against m&m milkshake, just order sundae. Once we received sundae after asking and being told what was in it. We find nuts (which can’t eat) and nothing but a cup full of fudge with one scoop of ice cream.
