need to hire people. service is extremely slow. wait to see a hostess about 10 minutes. wait for about 10 mins to be greeted by server then another 15 mins for a drink and your lucky to get a refill. this location is just not it.

Unfortunatly since upgrading this establishment it no longer feels warm, cozy & welcoming. The layout, decor, lighting, new staffing is all wrong. Word of mouth, many Plant City residents feel the same. Only go here as one of the last resorts. The ladies room has ALWAYS been disgusting yet you decided only to mask the mold and smell of back flow of sewage for the upgrade? Toilets always overflowing. The mold and grafiti on the walls, the floors never swept or mopped, both paper towel dispensers dangling crooked off walls by one screw, all doors covered in scummy fingerprints, soap dispensers broken and the water pressure for sinks are minimal. The smell of sewage is unbearable at times. Serious issues here. The Dept of Health needs to check this out. I would attach photos if I could.

We got there placed an order waiting for an hour then the waitress tells us the order didn't go through her device but they are hurrying up with our order so we waited another 35 minutes before we finally got our order..... I'll never ever go there again.......

My husband and I came here for lunch today. It wasn’t super busy when we came in, but it certainly did pick up for the lunch rush. We had queso and chips as one of our apps, the queso was lukewarm and we asked for it to be warmed up. It was about the same temperature when it was brought back out. We didn’t get any refills either. I didn’t care to complain because I could tell our server was super busy waiting on larger parties and it was taking a while for her to get back to us. She was very friendly though! When we received our food both of our fries were cold. Not exactly the greatest experience.
