This store serves the drive thru and ignores the countless people inside waiting for staff to take their orders. Drive thru is packed as well. Management needs to hire more people to accommodate demand. Slow service lately and it is not just during the Strawberry festival. 40 minutes and They haven't taken our order yet inside. We left. McDonald's is better at 20 minutes and many more people inside and in the double drive thru. Burger King you can do better.
My boyfriend and I were served RAW MEAT last night. We ordered the new philly sourdough king only to get it home and half of it was raw meat. Not medium, not rare, or a little pink in the middle. RAW. And when I returned the meal everyone working looked oblivious to what I was bringing them. And didn’t offer a refund, just another sandwich
