Good food, served pretty quickly. I was surprised...I ordered on the app, but still had to wait for my onion rings to be made. The place was clean and relatively quiet for a fast food restaurant, so it was not an issue waiting.
I think I understand why their is never a line at Burger King! I have always used the drive through and admittedly it is quick! To many times of going there has made me a believer that the food has been prepared in advance in hoping that someone will place an order for the pre-prepared food! I only live about 5 minutes from BK and by the time I get home and open the bag, I take a bite only for it to be Cold 🥶! If I wanted Cold and unprepared food, I could go to McDonald's! I was asked to fill out my opinion on the food and service and I have given my honest opinion! You don't have to like it, but it is honest!!!

Ordered a whopper junior and med fry. Fries were fine but my whopper... mayo and ketchup only.... additionally i asked for a bbq sauce and was told after i paid i would be charged for a single sauce (never in my 34 years have i been charged for a bbq). Not having spare change i left with no sauce... get home to this. Thanks alot bk.

Ignorant workers, my family just went through the drive through and two of us needed to use the bathroom, so we parked and let them go, after they got out of the bathroom that lady said that the restroom was for paying customers in a very rude manor, she had a extremely bad attitude.

My husband went up there on 12/23/24 at 10:30pm and let me tell you he brought back the worst whopper I have ever had. The vegetables were soggy as well as the bun. The meat was steaming hot and not in a good way. It’s as if they had just microwaved it. I then came back to return it not even 20 minutes later and no one “was there”
Where do I start they are always out of something or something isn't working or they are closed when they are supposed to be open idk how they are still in business

I have tried to be extra patient with fast food workers in the last few years because I understand the mounting pressure from the increase in cost of living, but Jesus Christ. It has become evident why some of you will always work this kind of job because all I wanted was a packet of zesty sauce to go with my soggy onion rings and couldn’t even get that. It used to be at least once every few times you go out to eat they will get everything right, but nah. Can’t just put the fries in the bag
