Why be open if you have no intentions of serving food in a timely fashion or at least hot. Was there last Saturday night and there seemed to be only two people working at the time around 1:15am. We ordered and was told to pull around as they needed to cook some fries and they would bring the order out once they were ready.

Went and parked in the handicap spot that was open and proceeded to watch other vehicles that were behind us pull into the opposite window thinking they too were waiting on fries after giving their order. Then we watched them get their food and drive off. Four cars that were behind us but yet we still didn't have our order. Finally went to the window and after they recognized me they handed me my order which had very cold fries that we had been told we had to wait on them to make.

They should have closed as they were not able to keep up with demand and when people get in that kind of situation to avoid the negative feedback then they should close. They didn't care about taking care of customers and more about just going through the motions. When I finally left the store there were at least 7 new cars in the line and four others waiting on the other side of the building to get their orders filled.

This is totally a manager failing to do their job and the customers are the ones that have to deal with the pain. Keep doing customers this way and you will be right there with the other companies filing for bankruptcy and wondering what did we do wrong. Just sad how bad the so called fast food industry has went down hill since Covid.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION !

I literally had to walk away before ordering because the manager and the staff are just nuts this family had waited a good while so understandably they asked for the manager and then they talked about the wait and the manager with a huge attitude told them that they were training at 9:20pm and what did they want her to do ??? Then she was like I will give you a refund the family did not want a refund just their food .. the manager then. Proceeds to slam the money on the counter and tells them to get their refund slams the window... We left at that point a person in a managerial position should be attentive to their customers over the 30 checkers locations I've been in throughout couple of states I have never been so appalled by the staff and the service !!!! We went over a few doors down to beef o Brady's where manager are not arguing instead of apologizing!

Horrible service each and every time I go there. After 9 o’clock at night, they may close one lane but they don’t let you know they close it so you sit there forever after two cars on the other side to go, you pull up to the window and the guy says I’m sorry we’re just so busy. Can you pull around to the other side and when you tell him I can’t because I’m on a lunch break and I have to clock back in instead him saying OK I’ll go ahead and help you. He tells me I have to pull around the other side. Well, I think they should’ve had like a cone or something out there to let people know not to go on that side. But even after that, you should probably use common sense and be like yeah we didn’t put a cone out there so we’ll go ahead and help her but then we’ll go put a cone outside to block the rest of people from not coming on the side. It’s like they have no common sense there and it’s like this each and every time I go there. And yeah I won’t be going there anymore. This is ridiculous.

I brought my granddaughters here for dinner around 7:15. Our burger toppings were All Wrong! The chicken bites were hard to eat and the fries were cold! We got our food well before our drinks. The crew was unprofessional !! I come here often, but never in the evening. I doubt I'll be back!!

I got out drive thru line to order at window. Window took a long time also and it was only two people ahead of me ordering together. I never waited this long. Got home with my order which was a deep sea double and two apple pies. I received only one apple pie and my fish sandwich tasted like it had pepper in it. Person that took order looked stressed out, like she was scared to smile. I never had this experience at this checkers here in plant City FL.

We went through the drive-thru got a two for four in a medium french fry the meat was dried up and burned the french fries were soft and soggy no suggested selling just please pull forward

Yesterday was not customer satisfaction we went to checkers to order and then the lady was like go ahead with the order my boyfriend ordered and then the mic phone was so low She was like I didn’t catch that one moment he didn’t even hear her So he was like what do you say she screamed mean saying I said one moment such rude service so we left and went somewhere else to eat we will not be coming back to this because that was bad service not customer satisfaction so I don’t recommend eating here Checkers but I don’t like disrespect when someone can’t hear a microphone because it’s so low and they ask you something you should say I said one moment

Worst place to eat in plant city employees tried to accuse us of stealing a cheap burger then had an employee come out screaming taking his shirt off walking around watching us highly recommend to stay away from here.

We ordered the new brisket we saw on TV when we went to eat it there was hardly no brisket meat on it. Very disappointed, We go to rallys in Michigan all the time so we where excited to try checkers. We will not be coming back

As a manager getting food for my crew I would advise never coming to this establishment. They are incapable of taking multiple orders. And im sure from a corporate standpoint loosing money from people like me who are bringing in multiple orders at once isn't good for business. Note date and time for staff. Also, a full voicemail box is all your going to get. No longer worth our time.

I ordered food at your drive thru tonight and a meduim fry was left off my order. When I returned to your walk up window to retrieve my fries, I was greeted with hostility. A lady wearing a red shirt whom I assume to be a manager accused me of trying to steal a fry because she didn't have my bag to prove that they didn't already give it to me. She begin asking other employees about the fries and making rude comments. After receiving my fries I asked her about her attitude and explained to her that she could have made the situation better by just apologizing and giving me the fries when I first asked for them. After leaving the window I returned to ask her name because she was not wearing a name badge, just so I can report her. She waved bye in my face and closed the window. I decided at that point I was going to reciprocate the energy she was giving me. I opened the window back up and give her a piece of my mind. That's when another employee came from the back and decided he wanted to get involved. They decided to call the police on me and make false accusations and told me I would be arrested. While we waited for the police to come, Employee #2 decided to make disparaging remarks about my hair. For context I have Locs and I guess they perceive my hairstyle to be something negative. She indicated when she was on the phone with 911 that the gentleman that came from the back was her husband. Tonight's experience was absolutely uncalled for and unnecessary. She had me trespassed but I absolutely had no intentions of patronizing your restaurant again.

I like the double fish. If they cook it fresh. It takes 6 or 7 minutes to cook. I heard the girl inside say that they were fresh. When I went to my truck to eat. I noticed that one was recook the other was fresh. I took it back to the window. They told me that I was wrong. And the manager said it was fresh cooked. I was turned away. You look and tell me if I'm wrong.
