Ordered a berry parfait, shown on menu as having plentiful blueberries and strawberries in it. Received a cup of yogurt with 8 blueberries on top! Disappointed ☹️

The customer service was disappointing. After receiving my food, I waited for my drink to be prepared, only to discover it had already been made and left on a separate counter without anyone informing me. As a result, my food was getting cold while I stood waiting. The staff member (a shift lead) who handled my order didn’t acknowledge the mistake or offer an apology. Ironically, the only person who noticed I needed assistance was an employee who appeared to be on break, and he was the one who located my drink for me. Overall, the lack of attention and care from the team made the experience far below expectations.

So disappointed in my salad today..it was full, full of brown and withered lettuce...because it was delivered I have to dispute the payment thrgh Door Dash. If I had my car I wld have returned it. And DoorDash didn't make the salad, Chic Fila did.

I went last night to get a wrap now mind you I can't eat lettuce so I asked for it to be removed however I was told it can't be removed only the shredded cheese because it will make the wrap look smaller very disappointed because I really wanted a wrap but I guess you can't accommodate every customer and that wrap looked good

Every time I order there is always a missing item, I wish the bags were checked with the receipt before handing them off to the customer. No one wants to drive back to pick a missed item up and the stupor rewards they give you for the missing item have an expiration date. This is the third time this happens to me with just this location.
