Way overpriced. Servers were cleaning and stacking chairs at 6pm. Food was mediocre.

Dated interior, but the service was great. We had the hamburger specials. The QP plus and the Smashburger are the best in Plant City. Highly recommend

It took the waitress 15 to come to the table. Once , I she got there and took my order for a cocktail and chip/salsa and returned with only my drink, no chips/salsa. Then, dinner came, and my steak it was a very thin rib-eye. It was extremely fatty, grizzly, and overcooked (ordered med--rare). My broccoli was hard and cold ( just like the staff). Literally, it was just thrown on my plate. I asked to speak to the manager, but that didn't happen either. I am very disappointed with this experience with Chili's. It seems to be happening a lot with them 😕 can't say I will be going back to this one again. (not first bad experience with them)

I got out of work and I went straight to get a take out smash burger and the food was not hot/warm. Also, the restaurant was basically empty (4-5 tables). And it took them 30 min until I got my order which idc but it was not even warm when I got it. Why does the the cheese look old!

Marissa was excellent umm she was very nice. Gave us some really nice boxes and gave us some really sweet tea . She cleaned the table nicely . She served us with a smile and joy . MAKE SURE TO GIVE THIS YOUNG BRILLIANT LADY A RAISE ! SHES YOUR BEST EMPLOYEE! She even brought us chips too go , it made me feel at home and I never wanted too leave . Matter of fact I’m still here . SHE WAS Ecstatic .

This chili's is generally great. Generally there is a wait to be seated. The potato soup is so good. The staff is good. Sadly I ordered the bacon chicken ranch quesadillas and they came out severely burnt. Inside and out. They should have never made it to the table. The waitress did not bring them, and as soon as she came to check on me she was apologetic and took them to show the manager. The manager did take $8.00 off but never cane to the table to address it. I feel she should have come to the table and apologized but she didn't. When I say these things were burnt I'm not kidding. They were a severe dark dark brown and hard as a rock. I feel my meal should have been comp. Hoping this is a slip up and the cook and runner were spoke too. Not a happy visit...

Its fine. Clean and fast. Portions are small though. Staff seem overworked. :( I wouldn't expect much from the food or service side. So, yeah.
