Debbie was our server she was absolutely amazing. Great service and very friendly. Highly recommend going and requesting Debbie she is phenomenal.

Walked in waited to be seated no host was there multiple employees looked at us but never acknowledged us waited over 10 minutes before leaving to go elsewhere. It wasnt even busy either

This is always a great place to eat, even when the entire parking lot looks full, they always seem to have a table ready for you, when you walk in! Most of the servers are super friendly and kind. We love Hector!

Dated interior, but the service was great. We had the hamburger specials. The QP plus and the Smashburger are the best in Plant City. Highly recommend

It took the waitress 15 to come to the table. Once , I she got there and took my order for a cocktail and chip/salsa and returned with only my drink, no chips/salsa. Then, dinner came, and my steak it was a very thin rib-eye. It was extremely fatty, grizzly, and overcooked (ordered med--rare). My broccoli was hard and cold ( just like the staff). Literally, it was just thrown on my plate. I asked to speak to the manager, but that didn't happen either. I am very disappointed with this experience with Chili's. It seems to be happening a lot with them 😕 can't say I will be going back to this one again. (not first bad experience with them)

I got out of work and I went straight to get a take out smash burger and the food was not hot/warm. Also, the restaurant was basically empty (4-5 tables). And it took them 30 min until I got my order which idc but it was not even warm when I got it. Why does the the cheese look old!

Marissa was excellent umm she was very nice. Gave us some really nice boxes and gave us some really sweet tea . She cleaned the table nicely . She served us with a smile and joy . MAKE SURE TO GIVE THIS YOUNG BRILLIANT LADY A RAISE ! SHES YOUR BEST EMPLOYEE! She even brought us chips too go , it made me feel at home and I never wanted too leave . Matter of fact I’m still here . SHE WAS Ecstatic .
