We have been a “regular” here (eat here 2-4x a month) for the past year. We usually sit at the bar, once in a while we sit in dining. Service has never been good, the workers are not very friendly. We have always been good tippers too, so not sure what the deal is. We have given it enough time, I guess it’s time to find a new spot :(

picked up an order for a friend woman who attended me was short and rude with me if im gonna be completely honest. not sure if she took order for us over the phone but was very rude on phone as well and demeaning while taking payment. payed with debit over phone and was told id was needed at pick up. Friend was told over phone me myself could provide my personal id and was said “i guess I could authorize it this once” my friend apologized as she was unaware of card policy and was hung up on right after. not even a have a good day. isn’t the first time I’ve experienced poor service here. Won’t be coming back for sure.

Ate at bar top. Too few workers. Food was hot and tasty. Great ranch dressing with salad. Checking out took way too long compared to ordering.Parking: Need better lighting at night especially when entering and exiting. Too dark.

I’ve ordered the chicken nachos to go several times and they always make the nachos stacked for me when I ask them to. 10/10!!!! The to-go girl and the cook that makes the nachos are the best!!!!!!!
This chilies has went downhill in the last four years tremendously. Our potato soup had chunks of tissue or paper towels in it the last time we ate there and I try to understand When the manager explained that there was a roll of paper towels near, but her compensation was to takeoff three dollars for the soup from the bill. Very rude manager and a extreme Hater. Very unhappy with the service and the food.

Ordered Quesadilla Salad To Go! Got Home No T Right Order! Santa Fe Salad Wich I Hate! Looked Like It Came Out Of Trash Can! I Called Back Talked To Manager and She Said Bring It Back! We Live 16 Miles Away! Ask To Credit My Debit Card! She It Would Take 7-10 Days! I Keep Saying I Will Never Go To That Chili's Again! Never Seen A Chils So Bad! It's A Shame Because This Used To Be One Of The Best!

I ordered the quesadilla explosion salad and the presentation was horrible!!! It looked like it had been taking out of another container and dumped into another. It was so sloppy.My son’s kid meal was the same. He had about 10 fries in his container and they were so salty. I had to wipe some of the salt off. Had I not been tired and far away, I would’ve taken it back.The other 2 meals we ordered were ok.
