We have been sitting in the drive-through waiting for our cheeseburger to be brought to us for at least 15 minutes… We didn’t get fries, we didn’t get mac & cheese. We got (1) one cheeseburger and it’s taken 15 minutes so far. Cars are parked and stacked up at the drive-through and at the waiting area for automobiles.

They forgot to give me my lemonade despite waiting for long. I have to drive back and was told to pull over to wait. I've waited for 15 mins. Only to realize that I have to go to the counter and get them. They didn't even apologized about it! Poor service and poor communication.

Everything you expect from Culver's. They are taking covid serious and are sanitizing thoroughly. Would recommend to anyone wanting that genuine Culver's food.

Lori the assistant manager was so nasty. She gave me no chicken on my salad and said sorry I have to charge you. Instead of just giving me an actual chicken breast. Literally 6 little pieces and I’ve had that order before. Worst customer service with a snappy mouth. Never coming back here again.

Last few times here have been disappointing, It was one of their best locations until recently. Last 3 times through the drive through we have had missing or incorrect Items. Hopefully Staffing issues will get resolved soon as this location is the closest to home And we typically love their food.
