I placed an order online and was told would be ready in 10 minutes. After 20 minutes I called in bc I had a sleeping baby in my backseat and was told a 30 minute wait do to sports teams! Long story short I was there for over an hour had to go inside to get my food and to top it off it was COLD. NEVER AGAIN! The scheduling manager needs to take events into consideration and make sure they have enough staff to handle the volume

Wife & I went to Plant City Culvers around 4:30 PM on 11/13/24. We went inside to order take-out. 2 deluxe butter burgers w/cheese & 1 order of fries. Also bought 2 cartons of custard. Then we waited. (Granted it was busy.) Order arrived & instead of our usual opening the bag to check everything was in there, we assumed it was. Got home, sat down to eat AND... No fries. We paid for them, it was on the receipt. To make matters worse, the patties were paper thin, dry as a desert, AND BURNT. (Yes, the add-ons were on both.) Suffice it to say, the burgers delivered looked nothing like the image on the ordering board! A while back in time, another fast food chain was accused of the same thing!!! By the way, the custard was as good as ever.

The Plant City Culver's was super busy, and the crew leader/manager was very busy building orders to get out the door. More staff members would help, and more training might help with the congestion.

I’m very disappointed I ordered spicy chicken & was very tough & stringy. This was a 2 nd time in 2 weeks, last time I got regular chicken & ordered spicy not found of it. I thought I’d give another chance but it was not good
Why can’t I get a senior discount? Staff is not courteous. Don’t give me culver.com because they don’t care either. I personally wouldn’t get any food from here but for some reason they get my husband order correct but never mine

I ordered a mint shake and received a vanilla shake with swirled mint flavor on the top only. Sadly, this is almost always the way they are served from my experience at the Plant City location. I said something to the young girl at the drive thru window and her response was, "Well, she did it three times". Not in a nice tone either. I've included pictures. I did mix it up better myself.
Poor excuses. Truck was too big to fit through dive through. Wouldn't even let me order in lobby. Her excuse that the registers was already shut down. They could've used the drive through registers. Won't eat here again. Calling corporate this is bull shit.

Person taking order was less than friendly. I believe I was charged for what I ordered, but that isn't what I received. Also, I didn't get a receipt after requested. Ordered 3 sandwiches, and all were missing ingredients. Missing cheese on 1 & other 2 had none of the toppings, just patties and cheese. By the time we fixed what we could, food was cool, dry & greasy. Eat here less than once a month and usually ok, but this place is way too pricy to be making mistakes and being rude. Will be awhile before we dine here again.
