Lori the assistant manager was so nasty. She gave me no chicken on my salad and said sorry I have to charge you. Instead of just giving me an actual chicken breast. Literally 6 little pieces and I’ve had that order before. Worst customer service with a snappy mouth. Never coming back here again.

Don’t even waste your time. 45 minutes to get your food and they are rude. Kids taking your order and they can’t even do that right. Door dash order was wrong so I went myself and they still got it wrong and it took 45 minutes. Worst location in florida

Last few times here have been disappointing, It was one of their best locations until recently. Last 3 times through the drive through we have had missing or incorrect Items. Hopefully Staffing issues will get resolved soon as this location is the closest to home And we typically love their food.

Went through the drive thru about an hour before closing. I waited at the speaker for almost 5 minutes before getting acknowledged. Once the girl on the speaker noticed me, she started huffing and puffing in between each thing I ordered. I waited another 5 minutes to be noticed at the window and an older lady handed out my food and I waited again for the custard. A young girl(the one that I spoke to at the speaker) started handing out my ice cream on by one and when I asked for a cup holder she rolled her eyes and handed it to me, leaving me to have to put the dripping cups in there myself. I then called the establishment twice to talk to a manager after I left and no one ever answered the phone. Just a reminder you might want to check how you employees treat your customers.

Love this place. Store in plant city is clean, burger was delicious and service spot on. Staff very friendly and greet you when you enter.
My roommate was there got me a roast beef sandwich it use to be great until they extra loaded with pepper is there a reason for that when I was 4 ill never forget this the pepper shaker came off all over My mashed my step dad made me eat it all I'm now 71 don't like it or hot sauce mustard please it sosent have to have crap on it let counter do it I had to poor water on it still pepper good damn trying to kill us

My food took over 10 minutes and the ONLY reason I received any food was i went to and asked where my food was at. It was sitting on the counter waiting to be sent out. Lord knows how long it was sitting there. I won't ever return to this store. If you look at the receipt I didn't receive the food until 11:41 and ONLY because I asked. Need NEW and BETTER employees.
