Takes way too long to get your food when all you order was one meal that’s it and it’s been multiple times and I get my food all cold every single time very frustrating
3/9/2026 8:00 pm. Both meals were stone cold, burger and fries were over cooked, the walleye sandwich was also cold. The employees were acting like children behind the counter, when they thought nobody was paying attention. And the men's bathroom was nasty.
It will be a long time before we come back to culver's on Park Rd.

New to town, one of the best place to get a quick meal. Plus great milk shake.

After a long, grueling day at a festival in Plant City, my family of six stumbled into Culver’s late at night, starving and ready to finally eat something real, ButterBurgers, fries, the whole deal. We walked in at 9:53 PM. For context, your posted closing time is midnight.
At 9:53 PM.
Allow me to repeat that time, because it deserves its own paragraph.
9:53 PM.
That’s over two hours left. Plenty of time for a quick dinner, right? Apparently not.
We hadn’t even started ordering when we were told we couldn’t eat in the dining room. Why? Because they planned to clean it. Not that it had been cleaned, not that anyone was cleaning, just that they planned to. Meanwhile, there were still people sitting inside eating their meals. Open for them, closed for us. I’ll admit, I’ve never been so jealous of strangers eating burgers.
The solution we were offered? Outside.
Let me paint the scene for you: it was dark, warm, humid, and the mosquitoes were swarming. Eating there wasn’t dinner, it was survival training. My family had spent the entire day outside at a festival. The whole reason we came inside was to escape exactly this kind of environment.
I asked to speak to the manager. He was standing right there. Did he acknowledge me? No. Did he turn around? No. For a moment I thought I’d somehow become invisible. Eventually, he told us, without any attempt to accommodate, that we couldn’t eat inside. Just outside, take it or leave it.
No reasoning. No flexibility. Just a firm “eat outside.”
So there we were: six exhausted, hungry people, after a long day, staring at a dining room that was still open, still had guests inside, and hadn’t even been cleaned yet. At that point, we walked out. Not because we wanted to, but because sitting in the dark, swatting mosquitoes, eating in the heat was not dinner… it was punishment.
We left hungry. Six people who came in ready to enjoy burgers, fries, custard, and cheese curds instead walked away with nothing but frustration and the memory of french fries that never were.
Culver’s has a reputation for hospitality. People come in expecting to be fed, welcomed, maybe even overfed. Instead, we got a lesson in how to be not so politely told we were inconvenient. All we wanted was a simple family dinner. Instead, we got nothing but warm Florida air, mosquitoes, and disappointment.
Somewhere out there, six ButterBurgers and a mountain of fries will never be eaten. And it’s your loss.

Even though the restaurant is open until midnight, when we walked in the restaurant before 10 pm, we were very rudely told the dining room was closed and we would have to eat outside. The staff was extremely rude to us.
VERY long wait despite not that much business. I used to like this restaurant but will definitely think twice before coming here again.

I asked for hot fries specifically and got cold ones. Such a simple request and couldn’t care enough to do it. Paid $14.29 for my combo. That’s a lot of money! Do better!!!

Unfortunately I will never buy from Culver’s again. I’ve been a big fan of Culver’s for at least a decade but the food quality, service, and experience have been slowly diminishing and my past three experiences in a row have been beyond unsatisfactory. This time my order was wrong(again,) the time before that I waited well over 45 minutes, and the time before that everything tasted fishy. I’m not one to complain in person or make a scene, I just won’t pay for what will probably be another bad experience.

I used to say Culver's was the chic fil a of burgers. Quality, service, and consistency have dropped to below mcds. Cold burnt burger, cold fries, why, they completely forgot about the old veteran sitting alone waiting for food. My veteran status has nothing to do with how I was treated. But an older man alone, just sitting, waiting, after the people served after him, have almost finished. I went up and asked. My food was sitting there. Sadly made. Cold. Not attractive. Not one word. Not one word just slid it at me, and turned away. Had the burger redone, they gave me a kids burger, with cheese on top middle and bottom, not the Culver's way. What were they hiding. Tried it, but decided against it. Tried the Sundae, was not feeling it. Tossed it all. My change was supposed to be $1.21, but was given $1.20 and told no pennies. What a way to make a profit by stealing a penny from customers. How many transactions? x $.01? Sure seems a good way for a cashier to sneak out a few dollars a shift.
I recommend a full review of that store. Or you can just ignore this and lose customers.
Hey Culver's, you failed. Also your website, times out when giving the details of this terrible experience. That is one way to limit negative feedback.

Fresh fish sandwich. I'm glad they haven't switched to branding, switched, or any other cheap fish.

We come here frequently after church for a quick bite. It’s a clan facility, service is always fast and food quality is consistent. Better option for fast food than the Burger King or the Arby’s. Most tables and booths are for smaller groups but we put tables together and can sit a lot of people!
