Wow it’s good busiest ice cream and sandwiches-stop it’s busy at 10pm on weekdays too. Just try at any store you’ll find different tastes than other ice creamer’s.

The staff was kind and efficient. The food was great and fresh. The prices were surprisingly reasonable. We both got a double butter burger and shared lg fries and we both got a drink. With the coupon from the newspaper ad we only spent $15 total.for both of us to have more than enough food!

Not to sound like a karen but i went to this specific culver’s for some ice creams. I ordered two mixers(nothing else) online through curbside pickup. We got there clicked the “i’m here” button and we waited about 15 mins for a worker to come up and ask for the order name and he never returned. In total we waited for over 40 mins for our ice cream, we decided to leave. I just think it’s ridiculous that we had to wait over 40 mins while other people got their food before us.

Piss poor customer service! You forget the food I ordered but charged me for it. I go back, then you give me fully burnt food!!I call back and I speak directly with the manager on duty Isabel. They can’t refund me over the phone. I advised I am disabled. This would be the 3rd trip now. She said bring the food I need to see it’s burnt. Then u can refund you.Bet!!!! I’m sorry but this is horrendous service and “customer service” . I denied a free basket. No I rather a refund of what I ordered. She was not very professional either. She definitely caught some tude when I said my food is burnt and stuck together this would be the 3rd trip going there. She did not care. Typical trash behavior as always. Got to love “fast food” .Picture added for PROOF that the food is burnt and stick together. These are not “crispy” they are full on burnt, and they taste like old grease. Sad for a family size for the family, and my kid won’t even eat them either. SMHOtw back for a 3rd time for a refund. SMHSince refunds can’t be done over the phone.
