$4.79 for a cup of milk basically, this is the same drink I get every time I come to Dunkin, large ice coffee caramel with six cream and six liquid sugar but this time I got basically a large ice milk with a splash of coffee. Wish I could share a picture. For that price Iâll make it at home next time.

Showed up about 20 mins before closing and sat at the drive thru till 7:45, walked up to the door and was denied service because they were âclosedâ however closing time is 8:00. Then watched the employees laugh and curse to each other.

Got here at 7:45 and they are â closedâ doors locked and the person inside would not come to the door just waved us away- I said your open until 8pm and the individual laughed at me. If youâre supposed to be open until 8pm then stay open. Ridiculous and the behavior is unacceptable.

These people at this location take no accountability for their actions or their employee's actions. Such a shame they can't be forthcoming with their actions and at least apologize for their huge mistakes they make! The Regional Jiro is the same, he did not hold the staff accountable for their actions. They all need corporate to have a long detailed conversation with them all

Stoppe by at 7 pm an hour before they closed. Was told could not get a hot sandwich because they already turned the oven off! An hour before close is not closing soon!!! So sick of lazy EVERYWHERE!!!!!!

The staff at this Dunk's are fantastic, they make sure you have a correct order, and are very professional. Excellent representation of a New England brand.

This particular location is either constantly under staffed or just manned by incompetent slow employees. The line gets held for 15-20 mins either way just 3 cars inline. The lady comes on to the speaker to say âbe right with youâ then 5 mins past and still nothing. Very unrealistic for a drive through and definitely a management issue.
Ordered Bacon Avacado Toast and sweet tea. Tea tastes old and watered down and the toast has no bacon on it. Weâve dealt with this issue several times at this location. No other location has forgotten the bacon or had old watery sweet tea. Really going down hill.

When I walked in, there were seven employees present, yet not a single one greeted or acknowledged me. Despite making eye contact, none of them offered a smile, nod, or any gesture of recognition. I shouldâve taken that as a sign to leave, but I decided to give it a chance and ordered the mini stuffed bagels. Unfortunately, they had a strange taste, almost as if they had been exposed to a chemical or affected by a freshly cleaned microwave. Overall, the experience was very disappointing.
