We just left this establishment, This location does not follow proper sanitation rules I saw them put their cheese on the bare countertop and proceeded to put them on a customers sandwich, I order a large espresso and was handed a large half full, are you serious? Also I clearly told the lady working there put America cheese on my sandwich she proceeds to put cheddar and tells me they are out of American, why would you let me order and pay for something that you don’t have? this was the worse fast food experience I’ve ever had.

First time visit at this location. Drove over at my lunch break. Place is clean and quiet upon arrival. Gentleman was ready to take my order swiftly. Co-worker started my drink as soon as I stated what I'd like (Med Butter Pecan Iced Coffee with cream and sugar). It was perfect. Original associate quickly heat up my egg bites and served. While sitting, each worker was polite and swift with customers. Great 1st time experience and hope to continue coming here for midday coffee fix.
Ordered through Uber eats, order was totally wrong. Drove to the store to get the correct order and was informed they only make 3 apple fritters per day, they were already sold. And they don't have "filled" donuts. Very poor management. So disappointed.

I don't know who it was. It was a male person answering on the speakerphone. Being absolutely rude saying, is there not a sign on the speaker. Can't see the sign because it's light green and it's pitch black outside it's 4:13am so no I did not see that sign, but the man could have said. Good morning, unfortunately, we're not open till five o'clock a m.That would have been nicer.Then, is there not a sign on the speaker 😕

WTF 15 mins to place my order and almost 25 to get to the window??? Everybody taking a smoke break??? Don't come here in the evening… (came at 6PM, with just 2 cars ahead of me)
Not enough workers and some times you have to ask if anyone is working because they stay out of sight playing on their phones
