This place improved a lot, but they still don’t add napkins into the bags, you either need to check it before you leave, if you’re on the drive thru or wipe your mouth w the plastic bag ❗️

Went there two consecutive mornings around 8:30. The first time ordered avocado toste from the app for pickup. When I arrived they told me no avocado toast available. They offered a substitute but no price difference refund. The next day, wanted bagel but they were out. The staff was very friendly and the coffee was perfect.

This Dunkin is wishy washy, sometimes it's good and other times you can't get half of your food. I order the same bacon avocado toast every time and I always add a egg. And 75% of the time it's wrong...I don't get and now there asking for a tip every time...smh

They missed parts of my order, I ordered 2 everything mini bagels and only got one. It’s very unfortunate when you pay for things and don’t get them. And when you’re at a drive thru, you just leave; you can’t take the time to check. I didn’t go back cuz i was late but it pissed me off. I ended up not eating breakfast cuz she missed what I ordered for myself :(

I would've gave them zero stars if I could've. Customer service sucks! Paid $6 for a drink, they didn't make it right and then got disrespectful with me because I want what I paid for! Don't work in customer service if you don't know how to treat people! I will be calling corporate!

Called in for a coffee anyone would have though I spoke a foreign language. I’m from UK.. donuts were slightly hard, when usually they’re soo soft and fresh.. my coffee was a very short measure.. had to ask for a top up as it only came to half way up the cup. Lots of staff in there but not rushing to serve me when I walked in and so I felt a little bit in limbo. Not the best experience I’ve had at a Dunkin…🤨

I was just here on 9-12-25 @9:45am and I seen this woman standing by the ice and where they make the cold drinks. I watched her pull hair or lint off of her clothes and toss it on the floor. I’m sure some landed in the ice. When I said something to another worker they told her to stop but she wouldn’t and just kept going

I paid over $6 for a large iced cappuccino. The cup was about half cappuccino and the rest was just filled up with whipped cream! This has become a normal problem with all Dunkin locations. It's beyond ridiculous and frustrating! Maybe it's time to find a different place to get my coffee!
