It's unbelievable! I ordered the maple sugar snackin' bacon for $3.59, and when I opened the bag, I was shocked: three tiny pieces of bacon. I understand that everything is expensive right now, but Dunkin' is taking advantage of customers.

We came by for the ice cream. It looked like it had been sitting for a while (old) and it didn’t taste fresh. Also, they didn’t have butter pecan. Just got the kids an ice cream which they had the Elf Creature Creation for $4.99 but then charge .99 for the ice cream !? Not worth the stop.

The customer service at this place has been terrible for years. They remodeled the entire building but that doesn't change the fact their employees are severely lacking in the customer service department. They don't greet you, they just say go ahead with your order. Instead of walking up to the window and speaking to you, they yell at you over each other through the window. I can come through this specific location every day for five days and order the exact same thing, and it is never made the same way.

I work close by and this is the nearest Dunkin for my morning runs. And I love the service but for the past couple of times I have been to the store is always some issue. First time they made the wrong items and told me to wait for them to remake it and I was waiting outside for over 10 minutes while they figured it out. This week I have been twice and first the frozen drink machine was broken and they offered to make it somewhere else but the consistency was not correct. Today I went in and they made my drink wrong, I asked for it to be corrected and I would pay any difference and was told to pull up and wait. In about 5 minutes I get what I thought was my drink but I ended up getting the same drink again which was wrong. Not an enjoyable morning after this and I couldn’t keep waiting since I had work.

Paid 4.76 for a large hot coffee. They brought me an ice coffee. They went and then made me a coffee with no sugar and French vanilla. :( When I realized about the hot coffee not bring made correctly, it was too late. Please pay attention to our orders.

Half the time when I online order my drink isn't available. Awful at customizations like adding whooped cream. Id say half my visits what I want isn't available or they mess up my order. They charge for pup cups now. Ridiculous line in the morning and they are slow compared to other dunkins.

Even though there was only two staff members working. The place was out of stock of some items I was looking to get. The staff was really friendly and wanting to satisfy. I can tell they both was tired. I can tell they must of just gotten through a rush. Kudos to both of them. They deserve a raise.

This place is a mess every time, the service is a complete disaster the store is so dirty and messy , the employees looked at you and keep walking around in circles looking like they are doing something. I was giving half of what I order it was so late I had to go.

Decided to park and go in waited in line for 10 minutes to get up to the counter and they tell me they have no frozen coffee mix. On a Tuesday at 7:45am?. Needs a new manager obviously. Not sure why I even stopped. Both times no frozen mix
