They got our order wrong by a very weird mistake that wasn't their fault. In doing so, they came over before we even noticed, told us, fixed it, and let us take the pizza they made by mistake home. Both pies were spectacular. Definitely will come back.

First, customer service was immaculate. The restaurant was clean and smelled amazing ( the food of course), and they do Italian food correctly. I ordered the chicken parmigiana stromboli, and I'm very picky with my chicken Parm anything!! Has to be fried chicken otherwise it's not real. They did not disappoint!! It's authentic, I felt back at home in New York. I had never eaten here before but, I knew the moment I walked in, it was not a place that would disappoint and I was correct. 10 stars and more if I could. I would honestly recommend anything they make here to anyone

I ordered a pizza online from their website that said it would be ready at 12:02. I walked in at 12:02 to get the pizza and they said they just got my order because their iPad was malfunctioning. They said it would be 20 mins, I asked if I could get a drink while I wait (didn’t mean for free) and the blonde (supposedly owner) behind the counter tosses me a plastic cup and says “yeah you can have water”… no “sorry about this” no nothing. So I said just give me a refund because I can’t wait I have to go, she says you have to take that up with Slyce (their web order service), not us. So incredibly rude. Mike and his son were always the nicest people, I was told she is married to one of them. She is not like them.

Quantity but not quality. The portions are huge, ridiculously so, but the food really isn't very good. The tomato sauce tastes cheap and watery, so does the marsala sauce. the stuffed canneloni were too salty. They use canned mushroom instead of fresh. The alfredo pasta were ok. If the quality was even half the quantity it would be a decent restaurant

Pizza is definitely the best in Plant City, but a little pricey for what's offered. Prices are what I'd expect for authentic NY style pizza. This is not that. The sides of marinara are bland AF too.
