Great affordable food and delicious. Comes out piping hot and tasty. Three of us got entrees and the whole total came to 42$. Michelle and Nyll were prompt with our order and was very friendly. The salads were much larger than I expected. Will be coming back soon. HIGHLY recommend

I ordered my dinner online, took an hour to actually be ready to pickup. Slow on service but they made up for it with an extra entree and extra breadsticks. That was nice, and good customer service. I'll be back.

First time back to Fazoli's in years, what a letdown. Ordered the sampler platter of spaghetti and meatball, fettuccine Alfredo, and lasagna. Whoever believes this food taste home-cooked needs their taste buds examined. Almost everything (sauces, meat, bread, etc.) is clearly processed and tossed together to resemble real food. There's nothing really wrong with processed food, but it still needs to be prepared right and served fresh. The lasagna was heated and reheated until it was hard and crispy. I also had the pepperoni pizza. It was truly awful. Soaked in oil on the bottom for some reason, with a chewy crust. I'm not exaggerating to say Racetrac sells better pizza. And the famous breadsticks were served plain, with no salt or garlic butter topping. Without it, they taste like bland white bread. The store was clean, and the service was friendly, though. This could have rated 3 stars, if not for the lousy food.

We ordered Fazoli's for my son's 4th birthday party at Dinosaur World. They have a great partnership with them and gave us a great deal on their delicious and nice portions food. We were able to feed over 20 people with food to spare. Miss Shirley delivered the food and helped bring it all the way into Dinosaur World and helped me set it up. Miss Tamika took my order and was so helpful and patient. An overall awesome experience and was a huge hit with our birthday guests!!!

Overall, I enjoyed my experience at this Fazoli's! Staff were very friendly and helpful, and our food was served within 5 minutes. My only complaint is that my pizza slice was undercooked, but it was promptly remade upon bringing it up, and in a friendly manner. Portions were decent for the price ($6.99 lunch special).

Staff is friendly and food is good but the restroom needs some regular attention. The mold growing in the urinal and on the urinal screen doesn't happen overnight or even with a few days of not being cleaned. A dirty restroom makes people wonder how clean the kitchen really is.
Ordered the bacon ranch salad for lunch, inside served with no ranch dressing . Had to make a point and return to the front and ask for it .

The employees who work here are top-notch! It's technically a fast food restaurant. By definition, they are fast and they have a drive-thru window, but we're always delightfully surprised at how home-cooked everything tastes! The employees will go out of their way to accommodate you when dining in-the service feels more like an Italian dining experience where they walk around periodically and serve you THE BEST BREADSTICKS that just melt in your mouth! 5* is well--deserved! Great family-friendly atmosphere as well. Thank you!

The restaurant is always very clean the manager that's there right now is great she stays right on top of things I've seen her training the others she make sure they do it the right way everyone who comes in seems to like her I have never heard a customer complaint I eat there a couple times a week. I've even seen her Rush In on her day off to help when it wasn't her time to work and not with an ugly attitude the woman has never had an ugly attitude when I made a comment about seeing her come in on her day off to help the other person her only comment was she'll get it she's new at this and sometimes it can be overwhelming to the new ones. You are very lucky lucky to have her
