Every single worker was so sweet, but I want to shoutout specifically Aiden, the manager and Julitza, one of the employees. They were both so attentive and so nice. A small group of our ladies had our Bunco party here and management was, they were so helpful and welcomed us to play and have a good time! The ladies brought us more drinks or food as we needed it. They made the event easy, smooth and fun! We Will be Baaaack!

Clean, modern, comfortable, good service, nice drive thru deals. Many options. Excellent prices, better than burger prices. On our most recent visit, Kinsley gave us fantastic customer service. She stayed busy and energetic, friendly, waiting on customers, bringing out food with a smile, cleaning up, grating cheese over hearty plates, checking on the beverage station, delivering bread sticks, ringing up orders, asking questions, joking with children and teens, polite and respectful with seniors. This is absolutely the best customer service that we've received at any restaurant in a really long time. Kinsley is a young lady that provided warm customer care and I believe she has the personality and work ethic to go far in life. Congrats, Kinsley! Go to Plant City Fazoli's for wonderful lunch values.

The front cashier guy, Aiden, was super friendly and helpful with picking from the menu. Both Aiden and Julio were making sure we were doing good and if we needed more bread sticks. All the food was hot and delicious. The bread sticks were hot and fluffy. I had the duo plate with fettuccine and stuffed shells. My husband had the chicken parmigiano.

Great affordable food and delicious. Comes out piping hot and tasty. Three of us got entrees and the whole total came to 42$. Michelle and Nyll were prompt with our order and was very friendly. The salads were much larger than I expected. Will be coming back soon. HIGHLY recommend

First time back to Fazoli's in years, what a letdown. Ordered the sampler platter of spaghetti and meatball, fettuccine Alfredo, and lasagna. Whoever believes this food taste home-cooked needs their taste buds examined. Almost everything (sauces, meat, bread, etc.) is clearly processed and tossed together to resemble real food. There's nothing really wrong with processed food, but it still needs to be prepared right and served fresh. The lasagna was heated and reheated until it was hard and crispy. I also had the pepperoni pizza. It was truly awful. Soaked in oil on the bottom for some reason, with a chewy crust. I'm not exaggerating to say Racetrac sells better pizza. And the famous breadsticks were served plain, with no salt or garlic butter topping. Without it, they taste like bland white bread. The store was clean, and the service was friendly, though. This could have rated 3 stars, if not for the lousy food.
We ordered Fazoli's for my son's 4th birthday party at Dinosaur World. They have a great partnership with them and gave us a great deal on their delicious and nice portions food. We were able to feed over 20 people with food to spare. Miss Shirley delivered the food and helped bring it all the way into Dinosaur World and helped me set it up. Miss Tamika took my order and was so helpful and patient. An overall awesome experience and was a huge hit with our birthday guests!!!

Overall, I enjoyed my experience at this Fazoli's! Staff were very friendly and helpful, and our food was served within 5 minutes. My only complaint is that my pizza slice was undercooked, but it was promptly remade upon bringing it up, and in a friendly manner. Portions were decent for the price ($6.99 lunch special).
