The food was bad tasted horrible tasted burnt the grease was old. I told him it tasted old greasy tasted burnt and they acted like they didn’t care.!

This was by far one of the worst meals I’ve had. We spent almost $70 on 5 star combo meals and one kids meal. The wait for food was 25 minutes through the drive through. When we got our food, all of the burgers were overcooked, burnt and dried out. The tomatoes on the burgers were the end pieces, the cheese wasn’t melted and everything was cold and soggy. This place in Plant City is truly terrible and I feel they should shut it down. This is the reason I never see anyone in the parking lot for this trash can of a restaurant. This company should be ashamed of the garbage that they served us tonight at that ridiculous price.
Service was horrible. They had two people packing orders that had no idea what to do. They packed the order for thr guy behind me and I was still waiting. I had to ask twice what I was waiting on. Then they got my order wrong. The food was cold since it set up there so long. The hashbrowns were over cooked. Will def not be back for a while service and.quality is not what it use to be.

I guess the man at the front taking my order was new so he didn’t understand what I was saying until a lady got on the intercom and was very rude, definitely belittled me like I didn’t know what I wanted to order. This place has honestly made somewhat of a come back in my opinion. The cashier and cook Jose M was a great guy and very professional. Through having to take orders and prepare food he had a smile on his face and great customer service.
First time coming here ever and Clarence was very nice , food came out delicious and fast.

Drug use going on INSIDE of restaurant. Homeless people hangout Manager Did correct the problem instructing the offender to leave. The problem with these dope users(homeless) has caused them to have to put security locks on restrooms. Hardee's management should attend Plant City council meeting and make the problem aware I would also put signs on both doors no one with backpacks allowed
