My husband pulled in to get something to eat on his way to the dump. Some old lady came out screaming at him. He left. She didn’t even give him a chance to say he was coming there to eat. She way just yelling this isn’t a place to turn around. Maybe she should sell that spot cause she isn’t going to get many people coming in without trailers since she is clearly on HWY 39!

Got to the parking lot. Pulled and was using my phone to contact our friends who going to meet us there for lunch. A lady came out of the restaurant and very rudy told us we could not sit there. We left and went to another restaurant.

My first experience at Joannes.. My mom and I walked in and never had a greeting, found our own seats after standing at the door for an awkward amount of time. We were handed menus already folded to the lunch items. When we ordered a cuban to share, I was very rudely told with a hand thrown in my face there was no sharing. Due to how rude it was said, I said thats fine we will pay for our teas. (We had not even touched them or were offered a togo cup.) We sat and finished our teas and thats when I saw the no sharing in the front of the menu. If she would have explained it and offered another option we would have stayed. 10/10 will never be back.

Reminded us a little of a cafe up in northern Wisconsin. Fries were cooked just right as was the fish. The sweet tea that came with it was sweet but not much tea taste for me but I'm sure some people like it that way.

This place is very unpleasant. I was passing by to buy something to eat, but the manager didn't even give me time to come in. She got upset because I arrived with a large work truck and a trailer attached to it. She started yelling at me to get out of her yard with strong words. That's no way to treat customers.

Brussels sprouts were great! Waitress not. Bring cash or you will be in for some serious gratuitous grief and character slamming. But! The Brussels sprouts were great.

Came in at 9:00am on Saturday sat 25 minutes and got no greeting and still no service. 3 tables walked out along with us. When I was a waitress we would have been wrote up for not greeting the customer or giving silverware within the 1st minute. Very poor service. I would say they need some younger help.
