I was excited to try this place for the first time but unfortunately had a bad experience. I have a medical condition which makes it difficult to speak. So I have to type it on my phone maybe the cashier couldn't really see my order. I asked for the macaroon madness with almond milk. I didn't see it on the receipt so I got back in line to ask but they called my name already, I asked the girl she quickly remade it and did not read it at all or what I wrote fully In the text I told her have a nice day and I was asking if they were open tomorrow. She just smiled and said have a nice day. Made me feel like I was a burden or just didn't want to deal with me so I just smiled back and left. The coffee i could taste the moca but no other flavors and little sour.. I did try ordering online but wasn't working for me.

Great coffee spot. We love their iced lattes. Fast and friendly service. Most recently got a strawberry oat milk latte (decaf) and brown sugar cold foam coconut milk latte. Delicious!

Krazy Kup is located in the pristine historical district of downtown Plant City. Plenty of parking is easily accessible with help from Google Maps :) I visited around lunchtime and ordered the Krazy's Kuinoa (lemony zip ?) and iced Matcha Latte. It's very tasty and hit the hunger & energy levels just right. The ambient lighting and fun nostalgic decor displayed on the rustic brick backdrop keeps you enveloped in the experience. I loved the "krazy" down to the penny prices. Nice touch to exude that odd is really ok. ☺️ The staff was friendly and the service was quick. After I got recharged, I took a short walk through McCall Park & Robert W Willaford Railroad Museum. Admiring the original architecture, famous downtown brick roads as well as locomotives that brought goods and prosperity through the Atlantic Coast line's dedicated workers. At Unity In The Community Park is an enormous mural that exhibits Plant City's finest and our rich, colorful history. Come take a trip back in time. ?

This is such a cool cafe!! Absolutely loved the vibe, lots of fun posters and decor. Very spacious inside with plenty of seating. Staff are incredibly friendly and had an awesome seasonal latte recommendation, which I really enjoyed (toasted marshmallow, sub the mocha for white mocha for anyone that was interested XD ) 10/10 would recommend coming here if you're in the area!

This place is the coolest place. Has a lot of cool posters, pictures, old cartoons and yhe food is great. It is true it is like no other. It is a very clean, neat, unique and a great place to experience at least once. Once you go in you will always want to go back. Wenda and the staff are the best also.

Stopped by Krazy Kup for a caramel macchiato and a cranberry biscotti. The coffee was good, but the customer service was a bit awkward—no greeting when I walked in. Despite that, the drink and biscotti hit the spot. A little improvement in customer interaction would go a long way!
