Place is extremely clean, even the bathrooms. The food is excellent and it seems they are very attentive to time of food at buffet. Staff is extremely attentive to cleaning and customers. Great place in plant city. Server Cindy is very on top of everything.

Food was presented nice, hot food was hot. Cold food was cold. Maybe 20 different types of sushi. One negative is I asked what a particular sauce was and only answer was dumpling

First time visit. I've heard a lot of good things about this place. My initial impression was that it was it had nice layout and furnishings. We were seated immediately and were even asked if we preferred a different location.Drink orders were taken right away.We headed to the buffet where everything looked to be fresh and recently put out. All the different dishes were labeled, so you knew what you were getting. All the different dishes were spread out in a random order. It made me slow down to read each label to decide if I wanted it or not. I did miss a few things the first go around but got it on the next round.Everything in round one was excellent and seasoned well. Round two is a bit mixed. The second round consisted mostly sushi. I would say that this is their week spot. Some of the inari was a bit dry (probably from sitting out a while). Presentation wasn't the greatest. They served up most of the usual inauthentic sushi. The closest to authentic was the shrimp. The rest is what I call "franken-sushi".For a change, I thought I'd try their desserts. I had the banana pudding, a chocolate donut hole, and a coconut cake. The banana pudding was very sweet. If I had to guess, it was from a can and garnished with Nilla wafers. Not a single banana in it. The chocolate donut hole was a bit dry. The coconut cake was actually good. The bill for 2 was $40.
