Haven’t been to a little Cesar in a long while. Stopped at this location (not expecting a great pizza) but as per my normal I ordered it well done. The kid behind the counter had the audacity to charge me extra for well done… now I could care less about the buck or whatever it was but I’ve been ordering my pies like that my entire life and it’s never been an up charge.. later that night my wife decided to call about it she asked for the manager and was greeted with just “hey” what kind of customer service are you people trying to demonstrate here? Just to be clear I don’t want anything back.. no money, no replacement pizza but I’m tired of handing over my hard earned cash and not getting what I paid for.. next time I even think about picking up a pizza it’s not going to be little Cesar’s pizza. Oh and BTW, the pizza wasn’t even cooked well done.

Coming from a Pizza LOVER and professional CSR .. find a better location. Between the food being rushed and not completely cooked to the Customer Service being rude and unprofessional! This location SUCKS! Read the reviews Corporate and make them do better!!! Sincerely a Pizza LOVER

Quality of the pizza itself went down the drain. That's not me being unrealistic by comparing it to more expensive pizza joints. That's judging it with that in mind. In its own right. The bread sticks have became completely worthless. My dogs don't even care for it. They'll eat it. But barely. Lol

The new kid Chase has absolutely no customer service skills. Very rude, his parents should be embarrassed.

Very bad service 😡 almost 1 hour to pick up a simple pizza and get it almost cold. Not recommended.

Terrible the treatment they gave me and to my daughter, she was walking with her puppy just right in the door waiting for me to pay and leave, the lady told her that she could not be there so my daughter had to wait outside, however this lady makes our pizza without using anything that covers her hair having a 99% chance that one will fall on our food. They don't use nothing for themselves and their hair is long and dirty.
