I called Marco Pizza in Plant City to verify the large pizza with two toppings would be $8.99 plus tax as shown on their google internet site.; and Trish said that was correct. I called about an hour later to order the large two topping pizza and the price had changed to $13.99.

Very kind, very friendly person she was able to help me with order even though I changed my mind like 2 twice. Ended up getting a Hawaiian & meat lovers and both were amazing 😋😋. Her service was great 👍👍
This was the absolute worse customer service I have ever experienced. I have been in food service and customer service my whole life. I placed an order online and as soon as I charged my card I get a phone call. The lady on the phone stated delivery would be 2.5 hours. I then said no worries I will drive and pick it up. She responded with are you sure? I stated I have to feed my kids. She then proceeded to tell me that there was a catering order. ( at 9pm) which would make my order take 30-45min. She obviously just didn't want to make the order. The worst experience ever. I will never order pizza from Marco again

Taking 45 minutes to deliver 4 miles they know the food will not be warm and taste fresh and I spent about $70 and tipped 20% , if there’s a next time I will pay cash if the food is fresh and warm

I’ve never had any issues from here until yesterday I had diarrhea that woke me out of my sleep and some other symptoms after eating this pizza . I called the store to inform them of this issue the manager stated there’s no contamination they know of….. This will be my last time I order from here.
