This is the busoest Mc donalds and the most ghetto. Ɛeople are rude, could take 2 hours to instick yourself from the lines that are absolutely horrid. Ive never been to a Mc donalds this bad. If your not a ghetto highschool kid this isnt the place for you. I left after 30 minutes in line I fknally got a break and left and I will not ever be returning.

They really need to figure out the drive-thru line at this location. You will legit get stuck in a parking space because the drive-thru line is so long it will not let you back out.

The night shift servers need to be talked to. This is a Wednesday night and whoever was the drive through server had the most disgusting and disrespectful attitude. I asked for two milkshakes, a chocolate and a vanilla. I misheard her at first and thought she said “the vanilla machine is down”. And so I asked for just a chocolate and she yelled “THE MACHINES ARE DOWN”. As someone that works in the fast food industry there is never a reason to speak to the customers like that. I responded by saying “there’s no reason to be nasty, thank you” and left without placing the rest of my order.

Why I keep giving this McDonald’s another chance, I’ll never know. I begged my husband not to order from home and do curbside pickup. No one ever looks at the order screen for curbside, and I average 20+ minutes there. IT’S NOT FAST FOOD IF YOUR CUSTOMERS HAVE TO WAIT OVER 20 MINUTES FOR IT. Strangely, the delivery side seems okay. Drive-thru is so, so. Better than it used to be. But curbside at this McDonalds is awful. This evening, at one point during my twenty-minute+ wait, for maybe two minutes, there was no one in drive thru. The drive-thru window cashier and two others were chatting and have fun. Good for them. I’m glad they are enjoying their work time together. Sincerely. But I’m also still sitting there in a curbside spot, watching them in my mirror, waiting for someone to notice me. —As another mentioned in these reviews, maybe this particular McDonald’s need to go on social media blast. Maybe I need to start going on TikTok or Instagram LIVE when I pull into my curbside parking spot, tag the McDonald corporate office, and put a big timer on the screen for everyone to see so we can all wait together. Yes, that’s what I’m going to do. Because— unlike tonight where my husband ended up going inside to collect our order after twenty minutes— I will not get out of the car if I’m by myself. I’m physically disabled. So next order, we can all wait together with a timer until someone bothers to notice me and brings me my order. If I sit there an hour on LIVE social media, so be it. That’s how incredibly frustrating I find this. It’s not just once or twice this has happened. Poor service on curbside pickup is pretty consistent. It would be better to simply *not* offer curbside than offer it but not follow-thru.

I came here to grab my kids a quick bite to eat while my husband was at a tournament and the service we received was terrible. They messed up multiple times and when I went inside to have a drink fixed, no one would acknowledge me or other customers that needed help. They were rude and we called back to them multiple times with them just rolling their eyes and complaining about us in need with orders. I do not recommend coming to this franchise location due to terrible customer service and not getting order correct the first time.

The girl taking out order told us to get a life. Eventhough she is working at mc dees. And she made us wait 15 minuts wile she talked to her co workers
