Worst McDonald's.... I ordered and had a seat to wait patiently for my food. People after me was getting there food. So after about 30 minutes. I went up to the counter and waited for someone to come. Then she said what are waiting for I said my order and explained that I had ordered before alot of people and im still waiting.So I waited more. Finally got my food and tried to get a refund. No success.They also don't have customer service. You will be lucky if you get service at all.Please go somewhere where they actually give you fast food.

Ran through the drive through at this McDonalds and ordered a couple diet cokes. Drive through person handed them to me and they were not even close to being full. Asked why they were not full and if they could fill them up, their response was “sorry, the machine must be broke, nothing I can do”. You have got to be kidding me! So I drove around, went inside and filled them myself. Doesn’t anyone know how to do anything anymore? Can’t even fill a cup without a machine telling them how much to put in it? Frustrating since they don’t have any problems charging crazy prices for a simple drink.

I came for my meal break , so i was very excited to see that there was only 2 cars in drive through but i was walked pass about 7 time before i was even greeted or asked to order. Then after waiting 23 minutes into my break at the front counter of an empty store then women that walked pass me 7 times finally sent SOMEONE ELSE to take my order and all i wanted a a McDouble 5 dollar meal. First the fries were cold which is diabolical because i was literally in the building for 30 minutes nugget's were an hour old they didn’t even have moister to them. my burger was most definitely not cooked to order as it should be for ANYONE who had to wait for fast food. then they squeezed the whole damn tube of mayo on my mcchicken with 3 pieces of lettuce on it that i got for my rewards and somehow i still was charged $6.42 everyone in that store should be a damn shamed. usually it’s nothing but teenagers in the store but no 8/10 people where very much 20years older nd up. IF YOU PEOPLE DONT WANT YOUR JOB THEN HO GET A NEW ON AND NOT FOR THE GM, stop hiring anyone it’s understood that people are needed in a facility to make the business work but that doesn’t mean hire anyone and make then employees, managers, and or ASMs if they don’t even have respect for anyone who walks throught that door. THIS, Is why chick fil a is and will remain #1 fast food. I’d rate this place a quarter star if i could you guys really suck 110%

Every time I go here the customer service is horrible if you hate your job that much quit. It’s not hard what’s so ever to be nice and respectful and not make slick comments. I’ve worked at a McDonald’s before and even when customers have been rude it’s very easy to de-escalate by being UNDERSTANDING I called to let the manager know and seems like she didn’t care much either.

I want to give a big thank you to Janiyah at McDonald’s for her kindness and quick action. I had placed a mobile order for a Coke, and when I arrived, I let her know that I really needed it right away because my blood sugar was low and I felt like I was about to pass out. Without hesitation, she rushed to get my drink and handed it to me immediately instead of making me wait in the drive-thru line.
That Coke really helped stabilize me, and I truly appreciated her compassion and understanding in that moment. I stop by almost every day to grab a Coke because it helps me balance my sugar when I need caffeine. It's people like Janiyah who make all the difference. Thank you again for being so thoughtful and quick to help!
