Ordered 2 cheeseburgers and small fry and waited at the pickup window no one was there, cars backed up in line finally Someone casually strolls up to window and starts handing out orders no comment about what’s going on. This place needs to close if they can’t get anyone who has an interest in working.

I ordered at 8:19 on the app and waited over 30 minutes for an order that never came. I didn't have time to waste going inside as I live 30 minutes away and have to get up early for work. Around 8:29 I got the notice my order was on the way out to my car. No one came. I sat there an additional 20 minutes and still no one came. I left. I called 10 minutes after I left as I had made another call to my husband to complain. The worker who answered informed me that someone was just about to run me my order. 40 minutes AFTER I placed it. Will never use this McDonald's again. This is the second time this has happened to me. Stay away!!!!

Stopped in for a late dinner after the Lauren Daigle concert at the Strawberry Festival.
Under normal circumstances I am not a fan of the current McDonald's lobby remodel where there's a half dozen kiosks, 1 register at the counter and no condiment or drink station in the lobby.
Add a lobby full of late night hungry and irritable people and chaos ensues at a rapid rate.
For our table, we placed 2 orders through separate kiosks at the same time. Our table mate was done eating before our order was even brought out, meanwhile about 4 other orders placed after we arrived were brought out before ours.
I had to go back to the counter multiple times. First for our missing happy meal. Second for the missing bbq sauce for our nuggets. Last for napkins since not a single one was put on the tray with our 3 meals.
There was one employee trying to run the front counter register and all the orders out to the lobby (and there were a lot). She was a trooper and handled the stress well.
However, this lobby model is inefficient and ineffective. McDonald's needs to rethink it unless their goal is to really upset customers because having a single employee do all those things isn't a reasonable expectation.
I didn't even try to get a drink refill because so many other people were just lingering around the counter area wherever there was space. It wouldn't have been a problem but they couldn't keep up with the demand in the lobby (but I'm sure they were pushing drive thru orders out timely because that's what they care about most).

Ordered 2 sandwiches, an order of hotcakes and three hashbrowns. Typical wait for breakfast items always exceeds 20 minutes on weekends now. Ordered at 8:28, stull waiting as of posting this at 8:44. Will shop somewhere else for our traditional weekend outside food breakfast for a while, try this business again in maybe a month.

Slow service, burnt and dry quarter pounder meat. They don't give you sauces for the nuggets and when you ask for them the ladies ignore you. Very bad customer service.
