I eat here but only through the drive-thru. I picked up Uber orders inside and it smells horrible it smells like either gas is leaking somewhere or straight sewage toilet water I don't really know how people are still sitting down in the lobby and actually eating with that horrible smell I'm actually surprised no one has been able to call the health department something is not right

This is the third time my order was messed up and cold. There is no accountability and when you tell them your order is wrong they get mad. This is by far the worst McDonalds we have ever been in. I will be calling corporate and others about this McDonalds. This has to stop. It’s not hard to take an order and put the items in the bag. Why is my food always cold? Screw this McDonalds .

Im not even rating 1 star if possible. We Have been in line 45 minutes. 7 people have been served. It was 2:16 when we got here. This is embarrassing. Edit* it ended up being over an hour in line.

Waited 40 minutes before my order was “completed”. But I never received my food. Went inside to try to ask someone where it was, crowd of people in front of the counter, no one behind it. Wasted my whole lunch break. I’ll never be back.

Many people waiting in lobby for food and all were upset from waiting a long time. No employee asks what people are waiting on or if they have been helped. People waiting at register to order. They quickly come from back with an order, call out number, then dissappear to the back again ignoring customers that are trying to get their attention. Waited 20 min, to find out my Uber order had been ready the whole time. They never called it out. It also smells like sewage in there.

I don’t do know about the food but the establishment seemed clean. Have been on a road trip for hours and left right after work for it. Stopped to get food at this McDonald’s and they said it was going to be a 10 minute wait and I happily waited and when she had asked for my order I found out they only had breakfast and I just said okay and that I was okay and left but had thought abt coming back . When I drove away I heard her say some nasty remark and assured that I wouldn’t come back and i hope no one else does while she’s working!

every single car got pulled around to park in the curbside lots so they could keep drive through times low, but I waited over 15 minutes for one meal and one extra burger. absolutely ridiculous and insane. you’re telling me that you can’t keep ur drive through times low and make two sandwich’s??? corporate needs to do its job and stop this nonsense.
You will always have an extended wait time, if you go into restaurant to order good luck finding any staff. If you go through the drive through you will always be told to pull around “we are still waiting for your food” and they have no incentive to actually make this fast food be fast.

My boyfriend ordered nuggets fries with a sprite and bbq sauce. I tried using my code to get a mcflurry and they said that they didn’t have ice cream. But the main issue was that there was no sauce in the bag when he got home. This location has an issue with putting sauce in the bag and if you ask for it they insist you pay even though you didn’t get anything. The location on James L redman is much better than this one.

Walk in to pick up my order this morning at 11:00 I had to wait 30 min she keep getting my order wrong and every time she goes to the back, she come back empty-handed, taking another order and then keep asking me. What am I waiting for? Never come back with my order and start having an attitude with me and other customer.
