Quite possibly the worst Moe's ever. Staffed by 3 people. The placed just looked run down, dark and dingey, and dirty. Virtually no crowd and slow. The Homewrecker I got was a bit on the salty side (and not in a good way). Customer interaction was minimal. I had to ask for the chips. When he scooped it it was a lot. I won't need to ask for seconds. I'm pretty sure I won't be returning here until much is improved. I'd take pictures but it would be too conspicuous.
I hate leaving negative reviews but I'm really irritated. I've been comming to this Moe's for years and before COVID I would have/ did leave great review but they have seriously gone down hill. Whenever I go in now they are out of something food wise. Also product wise. The prices have doubled and quality has gone down. I ordered take out, my order was finished just as I arrived. Staff was very friendly and prompt. I later received a email asking about my experience. After I responded, I received a quick response from the GM Kristen. Looking forward to many more visits!
