My daughter and I visited this establishment to grab a sweet treat. The reviews were very positive. Sad to say that was not the experience we had. We walked into the establishment to a screaming kid. It was obvious that it was one of the owner’s child. The girl behind the counter didnt even know what softserve ice cream was when I inquired. I will say, though, she might not have heard me over the screaming child behind me. Once we received our treats, we went outside to enjoy our treats at the tables that are placed outside. The tables were filthy. There is construction going on in the area, but come on. The seats and tables were covered in dirt. This is not the experience we were looking for. Sad to say, we will not be back.

They use to be a good place for Mexican sweet treats and snacks but the younger staff here has no manners or customer service etiquette. They also sold my husband spoiled fruit! Like c’mon I’m sure you noticed the smell when you prepared the fruit cup. 😑 My husband doesn’t eat those kind of Mexican snacks so he wouldn’t know but You know you’re selling old fruit.

Bruh i walked in and there was about 4 workers I believe, one of them attended a lady in front of me and then the other workers just walked to the back and were talking and ignored me lol, all i wanted was a cake pop, so i left after being ignored and the workers just kept talking in the back
