Been here 7 times out of 7 times only been able to order twice everytime I come in to buy two sandwiches they say it would be 30-60 mins wait that’s ridiculous waiting for two sandwiches I think today was my last time trying here now I need to go to work no food since I come here before headed to work very disappointed in the service the food is great

Went in recently to grab a bite to eat. Employee working behind the counter was completely ignoring a line of customers waiting to order with her back to the counter without so much as an acknowledgement despite having multiple people working in the kitchen. A few patrons had been waiting over 30 minutes for their food and received nothing but rude and unprofessional responses upon inquiry. After being ignored for 10+ minutes, I left without ordering as did the 4 people waiting behind me. This person easily lost you at least 100$ in sales over a matter of minutes. I have no interest in spending money at this establishment if this is how people are treated here. Normas is less than a mile away. Food is great though, if you can get your hands on some.
I use to love going in there and you could sit and have a conversation with whomever you went in there with. Today we went in there and they had Mexican music so loud and the place was filled with smoke. Never seen that anytime I’ve been in there. The food is fantastic but the setting today was terrible I turned around and left.

Service is excellent, friendly and very quick. I had the Cuban Sandwich...well!!! Basically a ham sandwich with cheese, very little pork, didn't taste it at all. Don't know if they used Swiss cheese or something else couldn't taste it. No pickle and little salty. bread was very good. Another failure on the Cuban Sandwich trail, I had no luck so far here in Florida.

Amazing food. You know the Cubans are authentic when you see the plaque on the wall saying their bread is sourced from La Segundo. I tried the deviled crab...it's the BEST I've had since the old Seabreeze restaurant closed years ago. I will definitely be back!!
