Rotten broccoli, first plate food was literally cold to the touch, not room temp, COLD. 2nd try... rotten broccoli and overcooked and dry filet (tried to eat it because I hate wasting food). Not edible.

Probably the best Outback I've eaten. Our appetizer and meals were excellent, it was fresh, hot, and delicious. The service was very good...just an overall excellent experience. Maddie our server did great and we were very pleased!

The overall service was good! the place was clean, and the staff was friendly. They brought me something wrong with my order, but they were eager to make it right.
Haven't been here in a while, but came for a rare date night on Sunday. We were sat immediately with Tracy. Ordered a koala punch and blackberry sangria. We got bread, apps, even our salads all before our drinks came. Our server told us the bartender was struggling but didn't offer any solution, discount, free round. She even joked later on that maybe if we order a 2nd round now, it would come by Christmas. While we chuckled, I found it unacceptable that nothing was offered to make it right. Even taking one drink off our tab would have shown some type of consideration.

Our server Jakob warm, inviting, and approachable as we decided to celebrate a milestone birthday. He had a pleasant, bubbly demeanor and was quite knowledgeable when suggesting the Entree and Dessert menus, recommending the Brick Chicken and the Thunder from Down Under Chocolate dessert. We were all satiated with our meals and would definitely love to visit again.

Our server Jakob was phenomenal. He was so courteous and got us our food so quickly. He suggested the mozzarella boomerangs and let me tell you they were out of this world. I also have him to thank for my new favorite drink the koala punch. We will definitely be back.
