Order was short, paid to tip driver but they used door dash so they kept the tip, manager said they wouldn't send the rest of the stuff, would reimburse but that sure didn't help the grandkids....horrible experience

I ordered delivery and when I got my pizza the bottom was so soft almost doughy. It clearly was not cooked long enough. Idk what it is w this location but the past few times I have ordered from here it’s been horrible. And for one pizza was 41.00. I’d rather get a frozen 2.00 pizza and cook it myself. At least I know it would be cooked. When one orders pizza for delivery it should be cooked. That’s the whole point of ORDERING TAKE OUT PIZZA. SMH. Get it together. Honestly I want my money back. This is just horrible. I had to put the freshly deliver (doughy) pizza in my over to cook more.

Called ahead of time to be sure they wouldn’t forget my sauces while also adding an extra sauce to my order. Order is delivered with no sauces. Then they proceed to tell me they are “too busy” to send out another driver for “just sauces”. Maybe remember it the first time? It’s on you that you forgot the sauces (that I paid for), not me. Nothing but problems at this location, I am just at my wits end with it so finally leaving a review!

Two of my last couple of orders have had one of the complementary garlic sauces, cleaved open by the side of the box on the inside the outside of the box being pristine and untouched the saturates the box dripping oil all over the house as we bring it in and this ruined the pizza. This order tonight also was missing Extra sauces. We had ordered for guests. I asked that the price of the extra sauces be refunded on my credit card was told “we don’t do refunds “I was also told by the “shift manager “that “that isn’t what happened to the sauces. They must’ve been damaged in delivery. We can’t break them when we close a box. “I told her that it’s happened twice the outside the box is five. They broke inside the box crushed by the side of the box that comes in as a flap at her staff need to be more careful. They have zero accountability are completely invalidating to their customers when there is a problem that is their creation and route.

I got the philly cheesesteak pizza. And it's the worst philly cheesesteak pizza I had ever eaten. Hardly any toppings paper thin base. Also got the boneless wings. They just drizzled the bbq sauce on them.. service was pretty good.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! You get transferred to a call Center that is not papa johns in plant city. They kept charging my wife’s card and she had to lock it. We still got the pizza though but through door dash. She went up to the store and they had no record of our order. They also said she isn’t the first person that cane into the store with the same issue.

Called for a large order for a meeting ...we use them often at home with no problems ... Was out in hold for 5 min then was disconnected called back no answer ...so I called Hungry Howie's and they were happy to take my 180$ order

My call ahead order was placed with Charlie . Charlie had the best customer service I’ve felt with in a long time . Not only did he start with the specials . He asked if I needed anything else with suggestions . Then repeated my order and gave a total . Ending in the approximat time for pick up . But the best part was he thanked me for my order . This is the kind of customer service that has seemed to be lost these days .Thank you papa John’s for being great today !!
