Rude on the phone while taking my order she was talking real fast like she was trying to auction a pizza off I asked her multiple times to slow down and she had an attitude as if I'm the problem for not understanding her if u don't like taking orders then u should be in the back making pizzas

Ordered and said delivery with Pizza Hut, get a text 10 min. Later saying will be delivered.by door dash. Pizza was ice cold and driver wouldn't take it back. Took the order myself back to Pizza hut to receive poor service. Don't advertise your delivering but use Door Dash who is horrible

So I ordered from here 2 weeks ago or so, I requested square cut, I got regular triangle cuts, stuff happens. Tonight I ordered on the app as always and this location has a drive up window to PICK UP your READY food order. I get there and wait 20 minutes behind some prick that ordered and sat in the window, after the employees left him sit for about 10 min, I yelled out the window twice for him to pull around because my food was ready and getting cold. He rolled up his window. Finally he leaves with his order I get mine, luke warm, ok I let that go. I get home with cold pizza and find out my large stuffed crust has been cut in triangle slices AND square cut. Very disappointed in this restaurant, there is a reason I go here maybe 3 times a year.

Apparently on a 12 piece traditional wing garlic parmesan there was no sauce on mine and the manager that was on site in the plant city location wanted to charge me 85 cents for each wing to pour the sauce and I wanted to show him/her that there was no sauce and they didn't put no sauce on mine and she wanted to charge me and I have the pictures on my cell to prove it what a rip off, I don't know who they have working on site anymore but the service was poorly and the chicken was rawand uncooked! Terrible!!!!!

Are we kidding?! On a Friday night, 8pm, and the dining area is closed, I had to place my order in the drive thru, then wait in the cold. They couldn't even make a meat lovers pizza. Do better! Smfh.

Pizza Hut was and has always been a stable in my life particularly the Plant City location. However I have to ask is, please move the Pizza Hut to the original location and make it a Pizza Hut Classic so we can give our kids the Pizza Hut we grew up on.

Got some pizza yesterday from this place and it was absolutely nasty. I order online and I called the place of business because I didn’t have change for a $50. I’m assuming this was the manager I was speaking to when I call she told me that it was fine only to have DoorDash outside my house Complaining about the change and that she only got two dollars to deliver my food. I paid no problem we was able to work something out but this restaurant.is just nasty & need to be shut down & I will also be calling corporate because this is not the first time and I’m sick of it
