My order was wrong, customer service hung up twice, 3rd time they answered and tried to reach this store and they never answered. I ordered a meat lovers and only received 3 toppings on my pizza. I loved Pizza Hut, but this one had me rethinking my go to pizza spot. The manager at the window did not greet me just looked at me like what do you want. I would not recommend you go to this Pizza Hut, try another restaurant.

From now on, just take out. Our dinner dine in experience was abysmal. Pizza good. Service zero stars. Paper plates, no silverware, had to go to the counter and try to get attention to get forks. Needed because the sauce, cheese, toppings all slid off my piece into the pizza box. Something close to rap music blaring from the kitchen, very loud. I miss the old Pizza Hut days where it was a fun experience to dine in.

When they delivered my pizza I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas, cheese sticks and tall ones. They did NOT give me the tall ones. I had to go back for them. I lost 30 minutes and my food was cold. Be more careful when delivering the food. Thank you.

Delivery order never showed up and no correspondence from the driver or store. After multiple calls to the call center, ended up getting a refund. Recommend any other local pizza place as at least I can reach them on the phone and not have to go through a call center in another state.
Call the local Pizza Hut in Plant city waited for 25 minutes to speak to somebody to find out that I’m calling a call center. I’m not even calling the real location. They’re asking me which location I’d like to order a pizza from and my phone number. Will not support a call center when I am trying to support my local business listened to all the specials and when I drove up to place my order @ the drive thru, The employee said that special is only good on Wednesday. Management needs to figure it out.

Tried to call and place an order. First Lady was pleasant and said I had to order online to het the pricing. I tried and wouldn’t let add an extra pizza. So I called back and I got some young girl that you couldn’t hear and was acting dumb. I called Hungry Howies and got my dinner with no issues !
