I tried this Popeyes for the first time order two Shrimp Box Dinners and didn't get no fries and no biscuits and and they did not want to compensate me

I came to this location few times this month & they never have PopCorn Shrimp or CockTail sauce.

What is going on here & the food was cold few times as well. Not the greatest service this year don’t think I will be returning again.

Once they closed down Alexander thought they would step their game up. Lies!!!

Parking: They’re always low on food or don’t want to cook things when they’re out.

Kid-friendliness: Yes never thought negative on that but I’m a drive-thru person.

Bro, I ordered $70 worth of food, and I had it delivered. The WHOLE order was wrong and poor quality. I didn't receive my drink, I ordered red beans and rice, and only got rice. I ordered chicken strips, and only got two. I ordered sauces and received none, as well as other things wrong with your order. I get that because I ordered through a delivery service, my order wasn't going to be perfect, but when it was this bad, and I called the store to give them a heads up that it was this bad. As a food service worker myself, I am highly disappointed and how management reacted. I'm still waiting on getting a full refund for this. I will never order from them again, I haven't had Popeyes in a couple of years, and it's probably going to be another few years before I order from them again. This is terrible. Do not order from them. It's just not worth it. A complete and utter waste of money.

Terrible service, they are not professional at all, all the tables are dirty, an employee saw us standing in front of her and she kept us there for approximately 10 minutes and when she addressed me and my husband she did so with a bad attitude and in front of her boss and nothing happened, finally we left without eating anything, I do not recommend them at all, that specific place

DoorDash worker, upon asking about order the employee (I think manager) said I will get to it when I can in a snarky tone, also other customers after being served needed ice and they were told “ok.” And that’s it, practicly raised voice at multiple people. Worst experience ever, most disrespect I’ve seen just to be a fast food place. Stores management needs reevaluated for possibley new employees or customer service training badly!

Why are the doors locked and only the drive through available at 7:50pm when you’re open until 11pm?

Just left the drive-tru and the service was not good. I ordered on the app. Once I got there, a young lady looked at me like I didn’t belong there. Told me they didn’t have my order and acted like I was causing her problems. Once she gave me my food finally, her attitude was still, very unprofessional.

Came in at 1230 pm and they were out of chicken. FOR REAL! 25 minute wait so I left. Came back at 430pm and they were out of spicy chicken. Lol I can't make this up. Anywho. I got a 5 PC classic with red beans and rice, and it was fresh and yummy. So I guess I'd advise if you come here to expect a wait for chicken and take what they can an give you. 3 stars because once I got my chicken it was fresh and good. 2 stars because twice they did not deliver on what they supposedly routinely offer.

I ordered 4 jalapeños and a small mashed potato. The cashier messed up and charged me for 2 biscuits and the mashed potatoes. It came out to $9.55. So she calls the manager Shay and she says “it comes out to the same price so just leave it. The jalapeños are .50 cents and the mashed potatoes are $3.99. I’m like so this is not right. So we tell the cashier that it’s wrong and she gets a attitude and call the other manager because Shay was on break. I guess. So the other manager comes and gives us the refund and charges us the correct amount. Which came out to $6.34. We are sitting eating. When Shay comes up to our table with a attitude and demands for us to tell her what the problem was. I told her and she continues to say. So you got the jalapeños for free. I’m like here are the 2 receipts showing that I paid for 4 jalapeños and a small mashed potatoes. She kept arguing and then just walked away. We drive from Lakeland just to go to this Popeyes and never had a issue before. Let’s just say that, thanks to Shay. We will never step foot in this restaurant again ! Horrible service! My husband threw away the receipts. But here is a screenshot of my bank transaction.

So today I arrived and waited 10 min to place my order. 3 people behind counter, 3 on break. One of whom they called Shay. I assume she was a manager or lead. She remained outside the entire time talking to her BF. The restrooms were out of service, the people ringing orders could not break bills. The cashier had to walk outside,Shay stepped in and hopped on the counter to do it once,(30 seconds max). When another customer in line had the same situation the 2nd time Shay must have just gave her the code because the cashier returned and gave change herself. Long wait, no restroom, manager in parking lot, people trying to work things out by themselves. I am leaving this so someone can check on this store. I love my chicken from Popeys, but this crew needs some Leadership now...

The food was cold. Services was awful. Out of ice, tea and napkins. Bathrooms were disgusting. Our order was wrong. No biscuits. Will never go back. If I was the owner they all would be fired.
