I moved to Tampa from Brooklyn N.Y and it's one of the few things that taste the same

Worst experience at a Popeyes.
Started with waited over 20 mins in the drive thru, they had everyone wait at the speaker until the car had left the window, I’m assuming to make their time look better.
They have these very rude young teenage boys working the speaker and drive thru.
I had to repeat myself multiple times and they still had my order wrong and got angry when I had to correct them once again.
They had me pull up and wait by the parking over 30 minutes once again with no explanation and I sat here watching multiple cars drive by behind me. It was a simple order a chicken sandwich, tenders, fries and mashed potatoes. They need some serious help at this location, its a MESS!!!

I ordered food through this place yesterday and they didn't have my food, refused to remove it from my order and replaces it with a much cheaper item, sent the wrong meal, forgot all the sauce and refused to fix this issue. Would not recommend

The worst place with kids cooking the food is horrible first visit mac and cheese had hair in dry tenders taste like rubber tried them one more time chicken burnt fries soggy greasy didnt try anything else ridiculous this place needs to be shut down asap.

This Popeyes have came a long way since the last General Manager I love it there any other Popeyes I don’t like‼

I visited this Popeyes in Plant City Florida. I went inside the store my mother and I and no one greeted us no one acknowledged us one of the young lady passed right by us and still did not say anything to us... Wow!! Finally a young man came and took our order and we were not pleased with the service and it was not clean inside the store. I saw the manager she was on her phone then she went back in the office... I am surprised that this location hasn't closed down due to their unprofessionalism. Hopefully they will check in to see what is really going on in this establishment.

My husband and I didn't have a lot of time for lunch and saw Popeyes. We don't have one in our area, so we decided to stop.
We stood at the counter for about 3 minutes before someone called someone else to come help us, so 2 stars.
The food was hot and just as we remembered so 5 stars.
The restaurant was filthy! One star!
I found the cleanest table but wanted to wipe it off. Went back to ask for a napkin because I could not find one near the soda machine. I asked and was ignored. Asked louder and was reluctantly given a handful.
It was very disappointing.

A good place to get some great chicken if you don't mind sitting in filth to eat it. Every inch of the dining room was disgusting. It made my skin crawl. Food was good.

I love coming to this Popeyes the staff is amazing food always fresh never have to wait the girl with blonde hair is the sweetest thing ever!!

If I could give 0 stars I would have . They close at 11 . Came through the drive-through at 10 . No one had a head set on for the drive through. I had to drive around to the window to then get someone’s attention. 5-6 people walking around in the back, the young girl that FINALLY came to the window look like she hate her job, open the window and just looked at us . Didn’t say a word, NOT friendly at all. I work management at a restaurant and know the employees attitude stem off the manager . Not a car in site in the parking lot , and more than enough employees . I would say the management position needs a revamp , not sure how you keep getting business with such NASTINESS behind the counter AND IM NOT JUST TALKING ABOUT THE ATTITUDE . I for one hate getting attitude with my food . and would never in my life return to or recommend this location to anyone - ever .

Food is always good but the employees are never friendly. They act like your existence bothers them and that they are miserable. No one smiles, no one is willing to help, and this one girl who is always at the window barely even says a word to me. Just entirely unfriendly and hostile vibes from the staff. They’ve always been this way but today I needed a refund since they were out of what I ordered and they were just completely unwilling to resolve anything for me or help me out in anyway when I asked for a refund. Horrible experience unfortunately.
