This location is a joke. Everytime you order they make pull into a parking spot so they can cheat the drive thru clock even when nobody is behind you. And then u sit there forever because they forget about you. What a damn disgrace.

Manager is incredibly rude. Walked in was told someone would help and manager walks up and yells at me I need to go to the drive through if I wanted to be helped or a mobile order. Did a mobile order and he had an attitude shaking his head and said I don’t have tenders ready so I’m giving you chicken thighs. When I told him that’s not acceptable he went on a rant about being short staffed and about how no employees or other management would come in.

Drove all the way across town with anticipation of Popeyes chicken. Was told that they had no chicken at 7:45 pm. I asked how long before more chicken was ready. Was told that I had to pick from what they had available . Well no I don’t - left and went someplace else

The counters were dirty. I was trying to make my order and everywhere I touch was sticky. I told the employee waiting on me, he said "NO" their not. I grab a cloth out of the bucket and wiped it and black/grey filth came off on to it. The employee and the other employee were having to much fun. Then I get my food. The rice wasn't cooked in the rice and beans. When I complained the one employee said I knew it wasn't cooked right. Also they were out of Napkins. And my shrimp were mushy. Very disappointed.

I waited in the drive-through 5 minutes behind a truck that was waiting to place their order and then another 10 minutes once I got to the speaker to order. Once my order was placed and I got to the window, there was only 1 person working. After a few minutes went by 5 or 6 more employees came up from the back. The worst part about this is I paid $19.76 for a 5 piece cold chicken tender meal with a side of Coleslaw .This place has some serious problems.

For years I’ve been a customer of Popeyes not because of the service but because of the food itself. Today was my very first time at this particular establishment and may I say I have never received such amazing service. Gio truly outdid himself give the man the raise and recognition he deserves.

Edited due to today's visit.Waitress had to holler outside to the cook for more nuggets. Waited for 10 minutes and was given the wrong order. No utensils and fountain drinks were apparently low .Gone downhill for sure.

There hasn’t been a time that I’ve gone to this Popeyes recently (since the beginning of 2020) and the service was good. The staff is always rude and they explicitly express their resentment towards being there. Terrible customer service. No one greets you when you walk in.I went to the drive thru once and I was never asked if I wanted any sauce for my tenders or honey/jelly for my biscuit or anything. I ask the young lady if she has sweet heat dipping sauce. She sighs and says, “yes”. She goes and grabs the sauce for me, and then she comes back. I ask her if they have any Cajun sparkle. She says, “yeah.” But before closing the window, she snaps at me “you need ANYTHING else before I leave this window?!?!?”As a result, the young lady piled an unnecessary amount of Cajun sparkle, honey, and sweet heat dipping sauces into my bag.

Although the service is well. There is no organization of one meal to the next. Everything out of order which resulted in my meal being only half of what I ordered. People on their phones and not getting themselves together to ensure they serve the correct order. I am allergic to mayonnaise and I could not eat or touch my food.
