We got potbelly’s for lunch while in plant city for a vendor festival. Food was fast, warm, and delicious. The fresh baked bread made the sandwich so much better than other nearby sub shops. I got the avo turkey and the cinnamon churro shake. I would definitely come back if in the area again.

This was our first and last time eating at this restaurant. The sandwiches were ok. Staff wasn’t friendly or rude, just there. I left the salad that the manager made me on the table unopened due to the fact the chicken was grey, apples were mushy, and grapes were 1/2 rotten. It was disgusting! I have included a picture of the salad.
The food is good but a bit overpriced for a sandwich. Just not a place we go to often for this reason.

These workers are half asleep trying to work and barely listening, I had to repeat myself several times and they kept getting things wrong. It was rough. Hopefully the foods better than the lazy service.

I'm not sure why there are a bunch of bad reviews all from the same time period but the employees are always super friendly and have great customer service. The food here is always great. The powerhouse salad w/hot pepper ranch is one of my favorites. The soups are a great variety and change from Panera. Shakes are also good.
